If you are standing outside and you have no navigational tool (i.e. a compass) how can you tell which way is north. I am doing a project and I need to know which way a creek is flowing.

The players on the Dunkers basketball team must win at least twice as many games as they lose to make the playoffs. Graph the set of points (L,W) that satisfy these conditions.

I know that the inequality would be (W > or equal to 2L), and I also know that the graph would consist of discrete points because you cannot have a portion of a win or loss. However, I don't know what the set would be. Would it be infinite, and if so how would I graph that? Or, is there a certain number of games that are to be played, even though it doesn't specify?

So, have they? And by newer cars, I mean 2004 and up.

I remember having a 1994 Ford Explorer and it just sucked so much. I invested more than $1500 in repairs in just 8 months. Ridiculous. I kept having so much trouble with it, I just went in and bought a 1996 Honda Accord. The Accord has been the best car I've ever driven and I love it!

So have American cars gotten any better? I sure as hell will never buy another Ford, unless it's a ford mustang, but other than that, I hate Fords.

What about Chevy's? I'm looking at the newer Chevy Impala looks very impressive.

Hope to get some answers.

I am very close to my younger cousin. She is almost like a daughter to me. Yesterday (Friday), she came to me and said that she started her first day of sex education. She has a choice of staying or opting out with an adult's say so. this job needs me to start this week and I'm almost 30 weeks and my due date is in begining of january.
So what do you think is it worth it to take this job? and when do i take my maternity leave? and is it ok for pregnant woman for her last two months to sit for a long time at the office?

I've been blocked a few times, but there were always reasons.

But I'm wondering; how does it feel to be blocked, and have no idea why; when it seems there is no reason?

On another site I use, when you open a message received through the site, the "Block User" button is right next to the "Reply" button. In an attempt to respond to a letter from a friend, I accidentally blocked him. I didn't realize it, but of course he did eventually.

He told his sister and a couple friends, all of whom I'm friends with. His sister was sympathetic with me; told me that if I blocked him because he hurt me, his @ss is hers. Another friend told me it made him want to cry, because it must be horrible to be blocked by me.

In this case, it was a mistake, but he didn't know that.

Lol.

How does it feel, when something like that happens? Has it ever happened to you?
