You might be able to find something at the smithsonian's adjunct the Native American exhibit, I don't know if they have a website, but they should by now, smithsonian.com is one, nationalgeographic.com is another. Other than those two sites the only other place I can think of is to ask this question of the librarian at the Library of Congress' website: loc.gov and either see if they have pictures or can give you reference sites to check out yourself. Sounds like an interesting project. Keep searching something is bound to turn up at one of these sites.
