I am very close to my younger cousin. She is almost like a daughter to me. Yesterday (Friday), she came to me and said that she started her first day of sex education. She has a choice of staying or opting out with an adult's say so. I'm very close to taking her out of the class because I've already taught her everything she needs to know and she told that her teacher said anal sex can get a girl preganat. I have never heard of that before in my life, and I can't believe they would tell her something like that. However, I need confirmation. Has anyone ever heard of a woman getting pregnant through anal sex?

I am almost positive that sperm ejaculated into the anal cavity WILL NOT reach the vaginal cavity. BUT on the other hand, if the male was not wearing a condom, and some sperm leaked out onto the area between the anus and the vaginal opening there is a chance that the sperm could make it into the vagina and follow the path to fertilization, but this is highly unlikely. They should be teaching the students to use condoms for anal sex (and Vag sex) and not to switch back and forth between the anus and the vag because that could get you pregnant and not to mention cause some pretty bad infections! So there is a possibility that one could become pregnant through anal sex, but it is not likely. However, STDs can most definitely be transmitted through anal sex!

Yes you can get pregnant with anal sex. The semen leaks out of the anus and runs down toward the vagina and gets into the vagina and meets up with the an egg and the girl is pregnant. Technically the man should be wearing a condom for anal sex but be realistic and realize that many don't wear one for anal sex.

Semen is not discrete. It doesn't stay where you put it, it is liquid and drips, runs around and spreads. That means that, even if every drop of semen is deposited inside the anus, it comes out later, leaks, drips, etc. and some can easily get close to the vaginal opening, and that's all those little swimmers need.
A few years ago, a girl living in a dorm room at college got pregnant because a guy with a panty fetish stole hers out of her clean laundry hamper, ejaculated in them and put them back. She put them on unsuspectingly an hour later, and boom, she got pregnant.
The CHANCES of becoming pregnant while sticking to anal sex exclusively are very very small, but not non-existent.

Yes, it's possible that a girl can get pregnant through anal sex but it is unlikely. The semen could drip down into the vagina and the sperm will find it's way up there. Best of luck!

It is possible, but unlikely. The semen that dribbles out of the anus could travel through the mess of liquids and enter the womans vagina. It would have to be a very "driven" little sperm, but it is absolutley possible.
I actually had a friend in high school who claimed to be a vaginal virgin who believed she had conceived after a session of anal sex. So yes, possible, but not likely.
If you think about it, it's not much different than the girls who become pregnant when the man ejaculates on her external genitalia.
A word of warning about pulling her out of class. When I was a youth we were quite hard on the kids who's parents wouldn't let them stay in class. Granted, that was some time ago, but I doubt children have become much kinder!

It does not take vaginal penetration for a woman to get pregnant. If semen were to run out after anal sex and get near her vagina, there is a chance she could get pregnant. Her natural lubrication provides a perfect pathway for sperm to swim up into her reproductive tract. This is why you should use a condom every time, the entire time, no matter what kind of penetration.

Theoretically, it is possible to get pregnant from anal sex if the man is not wearing a condom and some sperm leaks out of the anus after he ejaculates. The anus isn't far from the opening to the vagina so it's possible some of it could travel over there. I will say that it's not likely but it could happen.

Well i have herd a lot of dumb thinks from teachers,but this has me baffled.THERE ISN'T
ANY WAY A GIRL/WOMEN CAN GET PG IN
ANAL SEX.
COULD IT BE THAT SHE GOT MIXED UP?
Basically it's a act with gay people.
Why don't you talk to the teacher,and get it cleared
up.
I'm not saying that Sex Ed is wrong in schools.
I feal if it;s tought proper by book guide lines it
could be worth wile.I ALSO believe that a mother
or aunt can explain better.They can go into more
details,where the school can't legally.
The shaping of a young girls mind should be

In my opinion, the only way anal sex could cause someone to get pregnant is if the semen were to seep out of the anus and the little sperms decide to travel from there to the vagina. But other than that, sperm cannot travel miraculously through the rectum to the reproductive organs.

Yes,it is possible because the sperm that is ejaculated from the penis and into the butt will go through the body and can reach the ovaries and meet the female eggs and that can form a baby or the semen can leak from the ejaculation and into the vagina...Good Luck...There is more than 1 way to get pregnant.
