hello,
can someone please explain insurance terminology?
what does high deductible mean? who should get this and who SHOULDN'T? i am trying to help my parents by purchasing insurance for them. Dad's 51, smokes...Mom's 50 never smokes (no drinking either) no weight problems. No history of cancers etc.. I am not sure what to even look for.
I am 23 F healthy, no history of sickness etc..for myself should I get high deductible and low premium?? and for my parents low deductible and high premium?? i am so confused I dont know what all this means. I checked out some rates on e-healthinsurance...you can compare rates..it gave me a range of amounts. I just can't decide!
HELP please :)

These are a few instances I can think of. *Coming in to work when a dr. said I could lay out for a back problem and forced to hand load a tractor trailer.*Asking for help with my job but never recieving.*Being cheated out of time = $ when the other same color guy got his time. The latest cost me my job. I'm a Korean-American male. I work in a predominately black and white company. I'm basically the only guy in my department and I always get pulled off my job to help someone else. The supervisor told me to get in the trailer and help load. I told him I had a lot of work and didn't have time to do it if I do. Forced me to then told him I had to go because of other matters. I stayed 30 extra minutes then had to go. Ask the sup. to help again he lied to me. I left and he said I was abandoning my job. I lost my job over it but other guys have done the same and nothing was done to them. I have a union job but fear that I will get harassed Should I contact the EEOC?

I've tried Vaseline and different diaper rash creams and baby powder and nothing is helping! He has a blister on the side of his 'area' and his butt is so red. I change him the second he needs it, and let him kind of air out for a few minutes, but he just screams and cries and it breaks my heart. He was crying so hard the last time I changed him that his little fist was shaking.. I just cried with him.. what can I do? He's 13 months and has been on whole milk for two months. He had the 'milk rash' for a few days, but it cleared up.. can it just come back?

Stars a very young Frank Sinatra, he's a village priest.
And I think either Fred MacMurray or Dick Van Dyke, not sure on this, is a agent or something on those lines. And he's trying to get an actress recognized in her home town. I don't remember much about it. I saw it on TV, years ago when I was a kid. I thought the girl was Ingrid Bergman, but now I'm not so sure.
I dozed off a few minutes ago & this movie flashed in my head. Now it's going to drive me nuts the rest of the night. I googled it, but nothing sounded familiar, I also checked Turner Classic Movies, that didn't ring any bells.
Does anyone else have an idea, what movie this might be? it was a black & white. Somewhere between 1940 thru maybe 1958.
