We do have those kind of places in Denver for those who know where to look.
Tacos Rapidos is one such place. It is located just east of Federal Blvd on Evans and are open 24HRS. They have exactly what you described and lots more!! But don't think you can dine in, it's a drive thru and walk up ONLY. The drive thru line is sometimes around the building especially on the weekends at night, but it's worth the wait!

You don't have any of those in Denver? Hmmm, I think I need to move out there and start a business. Those tacos are great and simple to make. Just add onions, cilantro, and red or green salsa and you have one of the best darn foods in the world. How many can you eat?

I know of soft tacos in denver, but i do n't know about the others, however, if you prepare a souce full of legitimate delicacies, that will taste better than all mentioned. the soft tacos can not measure up to half the sweetness of the sauce.
