A reatiler goes into the store and spends $48 for 'c' amount of cups. While in the store, two of the cups break. So the retailer decides to sell the cups for $3 more than he paid for them. As a result, he makes a profit of $22. So, how many cups did the retailer originally purchase?

The government outsourcing American jobs and creating wars of opportunity all the while eroding American civil liberties and telling us it's for our own safety???

Our government is making policy decisions that benefit a few and alienate the masses even though they place the burden of accomplishing their goals on our volunteer military???
And when the numbers of volunteers weren't enough they hired private mercenaries at three or four times the price??? How is that fair to the brave men and women of our military???

Why are we betraying the people we loved who worked so hard to the people of this country who have sold us out???

Thanks for taking the time to read my rant! This really upsets me.

About 8 days ago, I took my midterm exam. Well I got the results of my exam and I got a freakn B. My gf is the one to blame for my failure on that midterm. I should have made an A, but god she would not leave me alone when I was studying. Anyways I approached her about how she needs to leave me alone next time or just leave me altogether because I was tired of her crap. Well she told me that it wasn't her fault. What the hell is she talking about. I told her that she knew what she did and I explained it to her dumb self but she didn't see my point. I've sure gotten old!
I've had two bypass surgeries, a hip replacement,
new knees, fought prostate cancer and diabetes
I'm half blind,
can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine,
take 40 different medications that
make me dizzy, winded, and subject to blackouts.
Have bouts with dementia.
Have poor circulation;
hardly feel my hands and feet anymore.
Can't remember if I'm 85 or 92.
Have lost all my friends. But, thank God,
I still have my driver's license.

My divorce from my wife (or may as well be her damn interfering mother) has been finalized.

Should I go and party, get depressed, or just go to bed and forget about it? There's a lot of anger about the mistreatment I've endured at the hands of her family (and her supporting their abuses, not just against me but the kids too) - but I still love her also.

What do you folks reckon?

its my grandparents and they dont wanna use ones they have used before with other cats. here are the ones they have used: tippy, blacky, panda and panther. i am thinking feather, since his tail is a bit fluffy and looks a little like a feather, well at least to me anyways, :D. or what about socks, since his paws look a little like he's wearing socks? or how about mittens? AND if possible could they be cute names? thanks.

at night when we go to sleep....what happens to our spirits why do we we have the dreams that we have? i dream alot about my ex and how hes happy .... i dream of us being together....not physically but just laughing care free just having him around me.....does my spirit go to him while im asleep does it travel all the way to the Dominican republic right into his bedroom ignoring his sleeping wife and just hugs him for dear life untill its time to wakeup i know this sounds freaky but i just wonder sometimes

I just purchased a model 360 scandium .357 for concealed carry and wondered what other owners thought of this awesome little gun. i'm going to shoot target with .38 +p and run .357 mags with concealed carry. i've actually shot derringers with .357 so it's not that crazy to run that round in the 360. also concerning frame strength and reliability -s&w has guaranteed me that this gun will stand up to .357 mag rounds as long as you can take it and then some. also i put a hogue monogrip installed before i even took it home. trigger pull feels great even out of the box.. any ideas on holsters -i like the synthetic variety -shoulder carry and possibly other carry. any input well appreciated-thanx.
