But after the garage started the repair work they found a problem which required further permission for the cost of repair from the insurance.Our policy states if the cost of the repair is 50% or more of the value of the car they would scrap it.Well the original estimate without the new turbo was 48.8%.The insurance are telling us they are going by the original estimate and not the revised one as the garage are at fault for not discovering the problem in the original quote.Who is to blame? Garage or the assesor from the insurance as they both missed the problem when checking out the car before the repair work was started.Our car was flooded and we have been without it since July 4th.We are being penalised for the garage and insurance companys incompotence.Our car was 7months old at the time of the flood and because someone else didnt do there job right we are being expected to accept a car back that smells so bad we cant sit in it as it makes us sick.The insurance and garage are both>

I started taking abilify 10mg, four days ago.
Since then, I've had UNBELIEVABLE sickness (nasua) and restlessness.
The restlessness is NOT good considering I already suffer from Fibromyalgia.
One of the side effects I did NOT see on the list at the Abilify website is blurry vision or "cloudyness"
Every time I blink my eyes, It takes a few seconds to focus again, by that time, I'm ready to blink again. I feel like my head is in a cloud, and the blurryness or "unevenness" is really starting to bother me. it got so bad today that I had to pull over, and call my husband, who had to take a cab to come and get me becuase I coulnd't drive anymore.
Is this a NORMAL side effect that I might have missed reading about somewhere??
I KNOW that everyone experiences different side effects and that the meds affect everyone differently. I was just wondering if this is something that anyone else has had issues with.

Did you guys see the look on Patricks face when he was listening to Jax and Robin in the hotel. He doesn't want to be a father which is fair enough if that's his choice. But it appears he doesn't want anyone else to father her child either. Want to bet Robin finds a donor and Patrick switches samples with his own. It almost seems like they are setting us up for that after today.

I have seen on the news and heard over talk radio a lot of christian leaders are endorsing a push for a 3rd party candidate if Giuliani is chosen to run for president as the republican candidate.

Do the republicans stand a chance if he is chosen to run? His more liberal stances on abortion threaten his standing with the christians and more hard liner conservatives. Christian vote is a large part of the Republican basis, especially here in the south where I live.

My boyfriend got tazered 3 times and was still ok, able to function and he would have fought off the police if i wouldnt have been there, because i was having a panic attack and he was worried about me... but my question is, do you think that it would take a really strong person to be able to do this? I have heard it is really hard to still be able to fight when it happens to people. Is that true? He still had full strength, and when he was talking to parametics they were in shock. What do you think? There is really a reason for all that happend so dont be all like , "you shouldn't be with him" ,etc. please... thanks!

Ever since I went vegan, I feel so much better (loads of energy), but I've also become EXTREMELY sensitive, timid, and anxious.

I'm thisclose to getting panic attacks when I ride on crowded buses, and anything "harsh" said freaks me out - even if it's not directed to me. People can't be honest or up-front or outspoken with me anymore - I'm always on the verge of tears.

I never used to be like this. I used to be the *total* opposite. I even used to be called "insensitive"! LOL

So how can I get over myself and become hardened? How can I be cool with not being treated like glass? Remember, I was never like this before. Thanks!

I'd rather be callous and insensitive in this dog-eat-dog and "do or die" world than be what I am right now.

Ok i liked this girl like no other and i tried and tried and tried and i can't quit her i care about her so much and tried for the last three years but i can't forget her or impress her. I've embarrised my self in front of her. i've gone through hell with this girl i can't stand liking her it sucks but i still care about her so bad and i want to tell her how i feel bcuz mabey just mabey i could forget about her some how telling her how i truely feel and i never felt about this to any one in life before and it sucks so much, so how can i tell her she means everything and i think about her alot and i would do anything, and i know how stupid and paphetic i am for liking this girl but there's nothing i can do so please somebody tell me how can i tell her, where , when can i tell her. I love my mom, but I figured out that she smokes. I mean I'm more observant than she gave me credit for, and I noticed small hints, like nicotine gum and a cigarette in the yard, and overly strong perfume over a stale scent. I don't know how long this has been going on, and I'm worried; but the signs have been there for at least 2 years. What if she gets cancer or something. I have 2 younger sisters and they have no idea. And I'm not sure if my dad knows. I'm afraid if I confront my mom and dad, that she will start smoking openly, and that'll be worse for everyone's health. I know my mom is great, but addiction is strong, and I don't know what to do.

Hello,I'm having difficult keeping a good job.like i'm a manager and sometimes it requires me to drive there truck or my car and today my boss came to me and said that his boss is like everything came back with the criminal background,drug test came back perfect but my MVR came back for a speeding ticket /reckless driving and some points 4 to be exact .But I was wondering is there anyway that I can get them removed/expunge from my record I located inPhiladelphia ,PA I hopefully I can get something done about this to make my self and my record look good Are these good sources Traffic School /Defensive Driving course someone please help me ?

I am in the process of being tested for a learning disability. Although I am very strong in some areas, I really struggle with a few others. For instance, I have a terrible memory, particularly for auditory learning. I am also horribly disorganized, and have to spend a large amount of time and energy keeping track of things. I have many many systems that I have developed to help me (to do lists, reminders, etc.), but even my systems are overlapped and inconsistent. For example, I'll lose the to do list and forget to look at the reminders. I feel constantly overwhelmed both at work and at home.

For those who have ADD, do these sound like symptoms? And if I am diagnosed, what resources are available to help me? How can I learn to better handle my learning style and avoid doing "double and triple work" in order to cover my bases and keep organized?
