I was just discussing the recent PKK attacks over the Turkish border with my friend, who, a little uninformed about the issue, argued that the Kurds have historically low number of instances of violence. This claim seems a rather questionable, so I was wondering if someone with expertise in the area could confirm/deny this claim.

Ive got a 1999 ram 1500 quad cab with a 5.2l 318 engine. I normaly run regular unleaded fuel, I've installed a K&N air filter, quaker state synthetic oil, double platumin autolite plugs, and the napa belden silcone wires, I've also enlarged the tires to LT265-75r16 using the factory rims. on the highway i get on average (with the a/c OFF) about 13 to 14 mpg. If I turn ON the A/C, forget it, it drinks fuel like a can of beer! what else can i do to get better mileage?

This is only until I can get to a dentist. I have had this throbbing toothache for about a week now and I've been taking aleve. At first, the aleve was helping but now it is not doing much. I have also heard bad things about aleve, so I want to lay of of that. I tried orajel, but that only made it worst. What do you guys truly recommend.

Fact One: Boyfriend is MISERABLE when his 17 year old is mad at him and makes me her "bestest pal" and is OK when she's mad at me and he's her "bestest friend ever"
I think today may have been the last straw, I left her a note on the frige asking her not to eat my lunches for work, and she left me one in return (a not nice one) and taped a Midol to it.
Shes NEVER home for me to let her know what is in there for my lunch, so how else but a note am I supposed to tell her?
So today,while visting his sister he told her that I left her a note with a Midol taped to it!!!!
I can't take the flip flopping anymore! He says that he's told her that she needs to try to get along with me, but I'm tired of her treating me like crap, and then never apologizing, and expecting me to be nice to her!

I have to have upper jaw surgery to fix my underbite. They are going to move the upper jaw forward and widen it and do a bone graft. Has anyone had this procedure done? I want to know what to expect before going through with it. I know to ask the doctor but I would REALLY like to hear from someone who actually went through with it!

Help I do not think I am gay!!? ok here is the deal! naked guys do not turn me on but naked girls do.

He got really mad when he knew that his parents knew, in about 20 seconds he called the police, took the sim card out of his cell phone, went into his room and got all of his money, and went outside to wait on the police. He was high then. What had happened was that my dad was making a statement, not literal, but he said, " If you bring drugs into this house again, i might have to kill you." That's when he freaked out. He has gotten in trouble before and we have taken him to at least a hundred Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Yet he still hasn't changed. We won't pay his bond because we think that the drugs will take control of him and he might do something he will regret doing. BTW, the drugs were some kind of pills and pot.

I accepted Christ in July 1993 and although my walk with Christ hasn't been stellar.....it seems that when I purchased my first pc or computer in October 2001....it opened me to a world of internet pornography and online gay chat rooms where you can meet other guys and hook up.....I know that Christ is coming back soon and I need to be ready....I feel so lost and empty....maybe I don't know Christ???? sometimes I ask myself this....however...I know other Christians struggle with these issues also....I dont think I'm alone....
