Excellent communications skills. This includes proper spelling and grammar. For example, your question might be more successful if it read something like:

"In your personal experience, what traits do successful people tend to have in common? If you consider yourself successful, what advice would you give?"

you have to be confident i think thats key..if you believe in what you're doing then other people are going to believe in you

you also have to be a go getter...things arent usually just going to plop into your lap you have to go out and get what you want

do what you love...i once heard someone say find something you're good at and find a way to get paid for it

thats all you need to know
