Harper O'Brien sounds like a law firm.
Bleu makes me think of the moldy cheese.
I have to say, pairing a stauch name like Harper with an earthy name "Bleu" doesn't mesh well.

we have a cleaner in the UK called Harpic, it makes me think of cleaning the bathroom. I really like Bleu O'Brien though.

You know that the way you spelled Bleu is pronounce Bluuh. Other than that it is an ok name.
