My wife & I just bought our first home. We have been living in a Mobile Home I own out right and live in a nice park. I just put out a sign to sell the trailer before we move into our new home next month.

My problem is the owner of the park called me this morning and told me I better sell my trailer that I own to someone who is 55 or older.

Can he tell me who I can sell something I own to? It really just pissed me off. I'm 30 and their are people younger then me in the park.

As the nukes are falling on us from Iran, China and North Korea. Would you want some lawyer flipping through their book to determine if it is legal to respond, as we're getting wiped off the face of the earth? Or would you want someone willing to stand up with military experience (such as McCain) to respond and ask questions later?
Those nations above don't respect women anyway, so there's no way they'll respect a woman president. (not to be a bigot, but it's the cold, hard, truth)

I visit a tanning salon and use the beds every two or three days and sometimes tan upto 4 times a week on the beds. I have been doing this for awhile now as I tan all year long. I am almost 38 years old. Today dropping off my daughter and some of her friends at high school and they commented on how I am starting to look more mature and older than I really am saying I look more in my early 40s because of my bumpy like skin and face texture . I was wondering if I may have some premature aging from tanning and would be happy to get some advice. i got a ticket for "failure to stop at a stop sign" which i did stop, but he said i stopped passed the stop line...anyways i had never recieved a courtesy notice so i called to see how much the ticket would be, and they had no record of the violation...is that possible... it was had passed a month when i called so i knew they would have the info by now, but they had nothing...

is there times when cops don't turn them in or misplace them?

i don't want to not do anything and then i get in trouble for not paying it.

A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation. They talked about so many things and various subjects. When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said: "I don't believe that God exists." "Why do you say that?" asked the customer. The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and un-kept. The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again and he said to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am here, and I am a barber and I just worked on you!" "No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside." "Ah, but barbers DO exist! What happens is, people do not come to me." "Exactly!" - affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! What happens, is, people don't go to Him and do not look for Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world. "If you KNOW God exists, send this to other people---If you think God doesn't exist, then just delete it!

I sell cars, and I am very honest. In fact, most salespeople are very honest because if they are not, they will be fired by their manager. Times are different now for salespeople than 20 years ago. If you are not honest, then you won't have a job. But answer me this; Why do customers LIE to me all of the time. They lie to me about why they are trading their car in (when their car has a bad tranny) . They lie to me about a "better deal" they found somewhere else when in fact there wasn't. They lie to me about supposed problems with a car in my inventory and then when I ask them to show me (there is no problem). They lie to me when they say "We'll be back, we are very interested" and I never hear from them again. If there is anyone out there who has no respect for a car-salesman, you need to reevaluate and ask yourself. "WHY?" At what point were you lied to and when exactly did they MAKE you buy a car. And "if" they lied to you why didn't you tell their manager?

I'm at a complete loss here. Please bear with me. I graduated in '06 and went str8 to college the following Fall. I chose that school in particular because it was in my price range, I was familiar with the area and my friends were there. Big mistake! I hated it. Then I decided to transfer to another school in a different state. I'm here now and I just can't do it anymore. I can barely get up to go to class and now all of a sudden I feel like what I've been working towards is not really what I want to do. Im scared that I'm going to end up without a degree and unhappy. I was an honor student in high school, graduated with a 3.0(because I slacked and moved my sophomore year and got a 2.1) I feel like I can do so much better, but I can't even figure out what I want to do with my life. I'm tired of crying about this and feeling like a failure. I finally decided that I wanted to do something in the medical field, but that means that everything I've done thus far was in vain.

A depressing topic I know.

I know that Christians believe in a life after death being in either heaven or hell depending on how they have acted in their lifetime.
