With the tanking housing market, I believe that I'm close to (if not already) having a CLTV > 90%. As I understand it right now, many big lenders are using CLTV < 90% as the standard. Is it common for already existing mortgage/HELOC rates to readjust or fees be imposed if CLTV increases any further or even possibly becoming upside down? If it matters, property is SFR in Calif and lender is Countrywide.

You get on here to get some input from other people that may be experiencing the same things or have experienced the same things in the past, and people say "you should ask your doctor"! We all know we should ask our doctor about these things! We are just trying to get a little piece of mind before we get to see them.

And if so...don't you think they could get into THINGS to? I don't know what it was...but when I was younger (And my sister will tell you the same thing---no lie.) We were in bed..and we had just stacked our dolls earlier that day in the corner cuz we cleaned our room..and our parents had been fighting that night, my mom decided to come sleep in our room on the floor. Well, I woke up and looked over and my dolls were laughing! I swear on everything, I don't know what it was..and I woke my sister up and she saw it to...then we cried and woke our mom up and they stopped...

To this day, I am still scared of dolls. Have any of ya'll experienced anything like this? Or do you think Im crazy?

Many people refuse to accept evolution as a proven fact but why would scientists lie?
What would they possibly hope to gain by these lies?

human life is a fortune and the future depends on the line we choose at the present movement ,we know the scientist worked hard and the their energy fruits we are enjoying to day
saints also leads a fortunate life with all their dedication and worship to god -and may born with all fortunes in the future birth- as we experience that some born with silver spoon in their mouth , as a common person we prefer both are important and preferable ,but for the lay man to choose which way is better
