No, you don't capitalize "he" when you refer to God. You never capitalize he in any situation. Regardless of whether or not some people have been taught to do so or if it is acceptable to do so according to some, it violates basic grammatical rules.

By the way, you should also capitalize the word "I" all the time. Judging by the grammar you used in your question...whether or not you should capitalize "he" when referring to God is the least of your worries.

Yes. It's the appropriate thing to do, even if it won't offend your teacher. Capitalize He when referring to God in whatever you write, just to be on the safe side.

All references to God - He His Him should be capitalised. It is a mark of respect for the Almighty.

he is a pronoun and by grammer rules pronouns are not supposed to be capitlized hope this helps if it doesn't ask your teacher what he/she thinks.
