Someone just made god up so why do we need to have a lack of evidence to say it doesn't exist.

The FSM doesn't exist.

There are mountains of evidence to say it does but it doesn't.

God has even less evidence than the FSM.

Jefferson was a lot smarter than i was and phrased it better than i could. but, if you believe in god, than you believe that god gave us logic and reason, right? so wouldn't he want us to use those tools? and if those tools tell us he doesn't exist...

its hard for me to do shots because i start gagging right as i'm swallowing it and i want to throw up right after i swallow.. is there any way to prevent this.. or a chaser that TOTALLY gets rid of the taste of it? cause i LOVE being drunk !

I was feeling ill, so went to my local clinic. There, the doctor gave me an injection for migraines without even running tests. I thought I would feel better but days later I was still feeling very ill. So I went for a second opinion, this second doctor actually did run test and they came out positive for SALMONELLA not for migraines! If I had NOT visited this second Dr. I would have kept taking medication for migraines and could have died. I was encouraged by this second Dr. to sue. My life was at great risk if I would have left this untreated; I was so clueless and I certainly do not want this to occur with anyone else. Do I have a chance to sue this Dr. who misdiagnosed my illness without even taking the time to do tests? Is this considered negligence? If so, what are my chances in winning this case? PLEASE HELP WITH ALL THE INFORMATION POSSIBLE. THANK YOU.

I was an athiest for years, I don't recall having one Christian tell me I was going to hell, just those idiot televangelists on the TV.
For goodness sake! I lived IN Colorado Springs when Focus on the Family became big, and still never had anyone tell me that, of course, I didn't care enough to ask them what they thought either.
So I guess the question is this,
Are Christians just coming up and telling people, "You're going to burn." or is it because you asked them?

The dirty south has a long ways to go before they can have some credability and longevity in the rap game. The little shine there getting is being attacked by real hip hop heads everyday, compared to the east when it was in heavy rotation, people knew and felt how real it was. I tell you what, to end any doubt that the south has any real mc's, I'll name 5 that will sure dominate over anybody you list.

A cat dies and goes to Heaven. God meets him at the gate and says, "you have been a good cat all of these years. Anything you desire is yours, all you have to do is ask." The cats says, "Well, I lived all my life with a poor family on a farm and had to sleep on hardwood floors."

God says, "Say no more." And instantly, a fluffy pillow appears.

A few days later, 6 mice are killed in a tragic accident and they go to Heaven. God meets them at the gate with the same offer that He made the cat.

The mice said, "All our lives we've had to run. Cats, dogs and even women with brooms have chased us. If we could only have a pair of roller skates, we wouldn't have to run anymore."

God says, "Say no more." And instantly, each mouse is fitted with a beautiful pair of tiny roller skates.

About a week later, God decides to check and see how the cat is doing. The cat is sound asleep on his new pillow. God gently wakes him and asks, "How are you doing? Are you happy here?"

The cat yawns and stretches and says, "Oh, I've never been happier in my life. And those Meals on Wheels you've been sending over are the best!"

When you consider that we spend our lives growing up, to earn money so that we can buy luxuries that entertain us till we die. With the exclusion of love, do you think there is anything actually WORTH living for?

Interested in serious answers as I believe people place far to much faith in superficial belongings, myself included.

I mean, what would we do if the worlds technology collapsed tomorrow? We would be screwed as we have become reliant on it..
