pretending to be pregnant is not funny even if it is all in good fun. What if he flips out about it and tells his parents and his parents get involved then what, - ugghhh sorry it was just a joke. You should find something more productive to do with your time.

Doctors don't write notes saying you are pregnant...they call you into the office and discuss that face to face or you will get a phone call telling you to come in and see the doctor because you are. Maybe you should try a fake voicemail message, pretending a friend is a nurse/ receptionist from a dr's. office. Let him listen to the message.

Doctors don't normally write a note saying someone is pregnant unless the woman's boss needs something in writing (say she is a waitress and her doctor tells her that she needs to take it easy, well her boss is going to need proof of that). When they do write them, it is usually on a prescription pad. You can't fake that. I wouldn't suggest that she do that. He just might fly off the handle. Joking about a car accident is one thing, playing this type of joke can backfire on her. Maybe you guys can figure out some other way to pull a prank on him.

This doesn't make sense. You don't get a note from the doctor telling you you're pregnant. You might get a prescription for prenatal pills or a business card with the date and time of your next visit or an ultrasound picture. Try and find something like that.

I really don't that's funny at all to pretend your pregnant because pregnancy is a very VERY serious thing. That's like taking some strong sleeping pills and then intentionally falling asleep on the floor acting like your unconscience. Not cool at all. BUT...since your probably going to do it anyway, I would suggest you find someone pregnant willing to pee on an EPT and then taking that Positive test and show it the man. I'm sure that will be enough to have him drop a brick.

Umm, when you are an adult, you don't get notes from your doctor declaring you are pregnant. Usually it is a carbon copy of a pre-printed lab form that lists the many tests offered from a dr.'s office and usually a test for pregnancy is indicated by the dr. with a positive or negatgive result, or with the quantitative hormone information (hcg). Be careful with pregnancy jokes...may not go as you plan.

Why don't you print out an ultrasound picture off the internet instead. A doctors note has the offices name and address on it.

I think it would be funnier to send him a certified letter with one of those envelopes from a health clinic with a return address imprinted on it. Something saying:
STD Dept.
575 Mooney Blvd. Ste.E
Hanford, Ca. 93288

Think of something better to do. Doctors don't write out "pregnancy notes".

you guys all sound very adult and mature!! I'm sure that if your friend fakes her boyfriend out with a psuedo-pregnancy it will get his mind going and it'll back fire on her...just think about it she puts that idea in his immature head and he'll start thinking "oh gosh what if I were to get her pregnant what would I do?"...he might just bail...I'd definitely think of something more creative and less destructive to come back at him with...but that's just my 2 cents
