its hard for me to do shots because i start gagging right as i'm swallowing it and i want to throw up right after i swallow.. is there any way to prevent this.. or a chaser that TOTALLY gets rid of the taste of it? cause i LOVE being drunk !

Do shots of Tequila instead, with the salt and lime afterward. Don't do shots of Vodka, it's not meant to be consumed that way. If you are going to drink straight vodka, drink a Martini and have it made with a very good vodka, but even then you must drink it slowly and savor it.

first it is a sin to throw up vodka...don't gag! second hold your breath for 15 sec before you put in your mouth, continue holding while you swallow and about 10 sec afterwards. once the burn in your throat goes away you can breathe in. however vodka is more enjoyable if you mix it with coca-cola, sprite, orange juice, ice cream or virtually anything else that's edible. happy drinking!

Drink Good Vodka. I recomend Hangar1 that is so smooth they have lime, orange, and rasberry. I usually have organge w/some orange juice, Nice! Another one of my favorites is Effen Black Cherry.

Don't drink vodka. It's gross.
Try some good quality tequila. Not Jose Cuervo.

the best way to drink it is mix it with something citrus that kills the bad taste trust me i like vodka and orange juice try it

there truly is an art to slamming shots, I've been trying to explain it to my girlfriend all night, but I cant figure it out lol, colder it is, the less it will hang around on your tongue, but you want you pour it into your mouth, near the back of your tongue, with the muscle of your tongue rock hard, let it hit the rock of your tight tongue, and then slip down your throat, keep your mind off of it lol, like shot gunning a beer its hard to teach, practice with attenuation is your best guide, gold liquor is king.

Put it in the freezer and get it ice cold. It won't freeze, it has too much alcohol. Then do your shots, follow it with a piece of bread. You won't taste it.

lemon drop..take a lemon and cut in half..get the juice from one half and cut the other half in slices..drain the leamon juice in a cup add a shot of vodka and a pinch of sugar..stir..now put suger on the lemon slice..take the shot bite the slice and its over
