Just wanted to hear peoples opinions.

I am in my late thirties and was thinking would it have been better for me to have grown up in the present day and age i.e., computers are plentiful, lack of discipline in schools etc.

Or in the olden days when there were very few computers about and you had to work things out on paper.

You were taught to respect teachers and people's property.
As well as respecting the law.

The question is

Now or Past?

Thanks

We know that the government are treating the Madeleine McCann case as "politically sensitive". Could this be the reason why and if so, isn't it time the opposition started asking questions.

I fed it, ( I have owned cats your years and have 3 of my own). She is slowly growing but i believe she may have worms. I am NOT a believer in taking an animal to the vet for every ailment, so my question is, where can I get a tape worm remedy and how is purchased .. by how much your animal weighs? I thinks she is maybe 3 pounds and need to get her spay but That alone is very costly. So if I can at least cure the worm problem, I can take her to the vet for a spaying . Thanks

I can see how differentiating works (setting the derivative = to 0). But apparently that only gives the "possible" points? How would I know with there is local extrema at those x-values? When would it be incorrect?

The first bands to pioneer the style were mostly thrash metal bands that formed the prototype for black metal; they are referred to collectively as the First Wave, and consist of a few bands, such as Venom and Bathory. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, a Second Wave emerged in Norway, including prominent bands like Mayhem and Darkthrone. Although there is no well-defined Third Wave, modern black metal bands have incorporated new musical and lyrical trends into their music.
* Unconventional song structures, devoid of typical verse/chorus segments, and contain extended or repetitive instrumental passages.

Some black metal artists have burned churches, because the Christians forced their religion upon them.NO ONE HAS THE RITE TO CRUSH ONES BELIVES!CHURCH ARSONS ARE SICK THINGS AND THOSE PEOPLE SHOULD STAY IN JAIL!
BUT NO ONE HAS THE RITE TO FORCE THEIR RELIGION UPON OTHERS.THE CHRISTIANS HAD NO RITE TO DO THOSE THINGS BACK IN HISTORY!AGREE?

There are many theories. Gradualism (slow evolution), Punctuated Equilibria (fast evolution), and Theistic Evolution (caused by God). If it is true, why are there so many theories?

A guy walks into a bar and notices a very large jar on the counter and sees it's filled to the brim with $10 bills. The man guesses there must be thousands of dollars in it. He approaches the bartender and asks, "What's up with the jar?"

"Well, here's the deal. You pay 10 dollars, and if you pass three tests, you get all the money."

The man certainly isn't going to pass this up, so he asks, "What are the three tests?"

"Pay first," says the bartender. "Those are the rules."

So, the customer puts $10 into the jar. "OK," the bartender says, "Here's what you need to do. First, you have to drink an entire gallon of pepper tequila. The whole thing, all at once, and you can't make a face. Second, there's a pit bull chained up out back with a sore tooth. You have to remove the tooth with your bare hands. Third, there's a 90-year-old woman upstairs who has never reached orgasm during intercourse. You've got to make things right for her."

I would like a nice cushy number, where I can work 9-5, Mon-Fri, not take work home, afford a decent quality of life and have my employer pay for my Masters degree. I want to work a field where there is a skills shortage, so that I can find work anywhere! I would like to avoid mega stress and long hours. Currently I see people breaking down all around. Worse than that is the insidious pressure which is turning young, intelligent women into bearded old spinsters.
I am talented, well travelled, educated (2:1), a fantastic communicator, organised and self motivated. I can give presentations, and develop resources. What shall I do?

My car has been leaking oil like crazy and there are large oil marks on the driveway. The oil light is of course on and the car temp gauge on the dash points to hot , also the steering is acting strangely and there is a smell of what reminds me of de icing fluid kind of almost sweet smelling, the steering sounds as if it is whining. Plus a friend told me that the back brakes are on their last legs. My car is older, a 1994 Toyota 4 cylinder Camry with a beautiful body and interior. it is an automatic transmission as well. I'm wondering if there is anyone that can give a sort of ball park idea on how much it would cost to fix all of these problems with the car. I can't buy a new car but I want to fix this one and run it till it dies a natural death someday. It has always driven beautifully, it is ingreat interior and exterior shape and has NEVER given me any major problems till now. From the high end to the low end , how much would fixing cost?

My cousins little boy is called Jay but he is about 3/4 years old and I have only seen him a couple of times. Do you think it would be ok if i name my little boy Jayden? I dont plan on shortening it to Jay. Or do you think its too similar and I should choose something different even though I don't see him much?

We Muslims believe that the GOD is utterly transcendent.
He dosn't any Sons. He dosn't born. and He dosn't any partner .
he is utterly transcendent. he isn't matterial.
we belive that the god put his spirit in Holy Marry and then Yeshua has born.
This speach is a big lie about GOD.
