Christians believe that jesus is the son of god because that is what it says in the Bible (Christian holy book), you believe that he is not because the story is different in the Qur'an/Koran (Muslim holy book).
Each religion is different and has a different set of beliefs. Even though Christianity, Islam and Judaism have the same roots, they are essentially different religions with individual beliefs.

I realize what you're announcing however this is in which the confusion is available in. Jesus is a god, he's a divine one and because the Trinity persons love to factor out in John a million:a million, he's with God. Now, the Father, is Jehovah. He on my own is Almighty God. As it's defined, Jesus the son is within the "bosom role" of the Father. He is "First Born" going again eons of time. Everything else got here into lifestyles via this order. People are specially pressured due to the fact that of the church buildings taking Jehovah's identify out of the bible just about 7,000 instances. Instead they placed the phrase God or Lord. So, obviously, persons feel that Jesus Christ is the almighty. This is without doubt one of the such a lot "artful acts" that Satan does to deceive. He is deceptive the entire earth. When God but his spirit in Mary, mother of Jesus, that's how we believe that Jesus was the son of God. because Mary was still a virgin. But you know what! because Jesus died and then rose from the dead should be end of the questions. NO HUMAN can do that. Mohammad didn't and couldn't. I know muslims are taught that Christ never died on the cross, but he did.
God the father is also utterly transcendent.
God the son (Jesus) is the voice of God, and in the garden of eden, they were walking with Jesus.
God the spirit the holy spirit... the comforter. The holy spirit dwells within us believers.

The Muslim religion recognizes Jesus as one of its prophets, and as such should accept what Jesus Himself taught. If you take the time to read the four accounts which have been preserved of his saying, you will find that he on over 20 occasions stated himself that he is the Son of God. So Christians believe what Jesus taught about Himself.
600 years after the facts, Mohammed came along and contradicted the teachings of Jesus.
If you think about it, who would be more likely to know the truth about Jesus - Jesus himself (and his disciples who actually lived with him for several years and recorded his words) or someone who lived 600 years later and never heard or meet him?
We believe Jesus is the Son of God because he repeatedly stated that he was.

Why would you believe in something that can't be substantiated? The whole Muslim religion was built on nothing more than the claim of one man who stated that he had a vision! Know ye not that Satan himself can perform visions and miracles? This is why we are told to try the spirits to see weather they be of God or not. What prophesies did your prophet make and have they come to pass? no! he didn't make any yet the Lord Himself made hundreds many of which have come to pass and in so doing we will remember that he made them and we will know that He is indeed God. He was the only one who was raised from the dead yet where is your prophet? still in the grave! What good is any prophet or God who has no power over life and death? My Savior, Jesus Christ, not only has the power over life and deat, He also promises us eternal life through faith.
The Lord Himself tells us not to wonder as in the last days, men will depart from the truth and give head to doctrines of Satan and be deceived. the Lord holds you to be without excuse as the very creation declares the existence of the lord Himself and yet you pursue a doctrine which cannot support itself? Do you call yourself intelligent? What are you going to say to the Lord when one day you stand in judgment before Him and realise too late that Satan has deceived you?

In the bible God is described as one being in three. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This is in the old and new testament. Therefore there is one true God who sent His Son, Jesus Christ, as the supreme sacrifice for sin. He was crucified to save us and give man a way into Heaven. "I am the Way the Truth and the Light, no one comes to My Father except through Me."

So you say. However, still you base nearly all the people you believe in (Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus, etc) on the Bible's account.
Doing this you transgress your own Qur'an!
002.085 . . .. Then is it only a part of the Book that ye believe in, and do ye reject the rest? but what is the reward for those among you who behave like this but disgrace in this life?- and on the Day of Judgment they shall be consigned to the most grievous penalty. For Allah is not unmindful of what ye do.
Al-Qur'an, 002.085 (Al-Baqara [The Cow])
Doesn't the Bible say that Adam is a son of God? That the angels are sons of God?
Luke 3:30, . . . the son of Adam, the son of God.
(scripture about angels in book of Job)
Thus the fact that Jesus is a son of God is really not surprising! Please pay attention to the fact that Psalm two is not about David but is about Jesus.

Maybe Christians feel that a person so great as lord Jesus Christ could not be an ordinary mortal and they consider Jesus to be son of GOD. it is just a matter of belief, noone is going to get hurt by this belief. There can only be ONE TRUTH that will ultimately be revealed by GOD itself, we have to wait unitl such time and have to accept this concept as a matter of faith and belief.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only BEGOTTEN Son that whoever should believe in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is eternal and was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born a man by the virgin birth, sinless in nature and action .He voluntarily gave His life in substitutionary death on the cross for our sins and in the same body was raised from the dead. He appeared in His glorified body then ascended to the Father as our Mediator to continue forever as true God and true man. He will come again, first to receive from the earth His own and then to establish His righteous kingdom upon the earth.
