Christianity has many different types of witnesses through out time.
The Bible is historical and there is building evidence that it is true. Jesus is a historical person. The question is He the savior.
There are millions who are working through out the world to make this world a better place.
All the major universities were established by Christians.
Hosptials
and the list will go on and on.
Jesus promises life in heaven if you believe.
Now what does Optimus Prime offer?

It doesn't actually take faith to believe in Optimus Prime since he is a fictional character. No one ever claimed that O.P. was or is in any way affiliated with a spiritual body.
Jesus on the other hand was not a fictional character. If there is a need for "faith" in order for a person to believe in Jesus it stems from his proclamations (and those that followed after him) that he was the son of God. Still, to believe or not believe in that statement is simply a matter of your religious disposition.
Transformerism could lead to religious awakening in many but I think (with the war-mongering mentality of man lately) it will probably be megatronist's that take over the world.

It takes faith to believe in anything. "Faith" simply means that you have decided the evidence for something (whether it is God, a scientific teaching, a doctor who wants you to take medicine daily, a cartoon/movie character, the love of a spouse/friend/parent, etc.) supports your allowing it to change and shape your lifestyle.
Believe in Jesus usually brings big changes in a person's life and their view of the world. It makes them a better person. And it allows God to work for and through them.
Believe in Optimus Prime usually has little to no affect, as he is only a toy, and thus requires no lifestyle changes nor is able to aid the believer in anyway.

Interesting question. I would like to point out that it also takes fatih to believe in other people. Are we supposed to make a religion out that too? Otherpeople-ism? Or maybe we can just stop being so freaking rude all the time, and try out some good old fashion common courtesy.

Unless you have witnessed a Pinto turn into a robot...
OK, I have never seen JESUS in the flesh, but, the Bible does present historical evidence that cannot be denied.
GOD bless

I don't know about Transformianism, but I can tell you that the only faith required for Jesus is that first step. After that your faith will be proved in the transformation of your life.

What can OP do but be a robot? Jesus can work miracles. The difference is that OP has no where to put you when you die. Jesus does.
