if i make small changes, will it help? such as drinking 8 cups of water a day, cut off all sodas, drink fruit juices, with low sugar. get 30 minutes of cardio a day. will lthis seriously make me lose 10 pounds by christmas?

I am having this horrible brain fart where i cant remember what these aplications are called. They load your image in an enviornment and you can use tools to cut on them. When you partition them in this way it makes a each partition a link. any clues?

I married my husband 7 months ago. We dated for a year before we married. He has a five year old daughter from a previous relationship. When we first started dating his daughter and I clicked right away. When we would bring her back to her mom's house on Sunday, she would run back in the car with me. She had to literally be pulled away from me to go back with her mom. However, a few months ago she looked me straight in the face and said "You're not my family." I've had mixed emotions since then. She is very distant now. She's gone from having to be pulled out of my arms to go back with her mom to not even telling me bye when we bring her back. Why? I also found that lately she has a tendency to want to constantly get between me and her father (if we're sitting on the couch together for example). I've started to just walk out of the room and let them be alone. What am I doing wrong? My husband things her mom is putting things in her head. I'm prepared for all answers/possibilities.

Okay, this is my dream. I was at my church building with my pastor and his wife. While we were in the building, he walked me over to room and said to me, "This is going to the room for the teen ministry". I looked at this room and it appeared to be 30 ft long and 6ft wide. I said with great surprise, "This is going to be the room for the teen ministry!!??". My pastor then started pulling out furniture out of this narrow room. By the way we in real life we have a room we are converting which used to be a 4 car garage. I will skip over some parts. I later saw myself working on a light blue volkswagen bug. I had the hood up working on it. All 4 tire on the car were flat. The dream moved back and forth from the car to me watching the pastor move the furniture. Finally, it ended with me still working on the car and never getting it fixed. By the way, on the tires of the car it appeared something like burlaps sacks covering the tires. Okay, thank you for your insight.

One time a couple of teenagers got mad at us because we didn't gave out any candy on Halloween because my family and I didnt celebrate or believe in it. So, they decided to take the air out out of car tires. When they saw my dad look out the window, they quickly walked away, but didnt get a chance to do it, but we found our tire caps lying on the ground though. I also heard some people put toilet paper on people's houses and stuff, how retarded.

Please help! I have a 20 gallon aquarium, ive had it for almost two weeks now. I tired putting mollies in my tank three times..i went throught nine mollies (dalmation and ballon) but they all died. I took my water to the pet store, and they said the nitrates and ammonia were at 0 (obviously..it was brand new) and the ph was 7.0....just fine. I keep the temp between 78-80 degrees. I use water conditioner, and added aquarium salt. The pet store told me to get some Buenos Ares Tetras, and if they died, they knew something was very wrong. The tetras have been dong great for a week now, as are my live plants and my algae eater whom i have had since the beginning (he is the only survivor!)

Today, I bought mollies again i hopes that I could have one last shot with them...however, the male dalmation seems to already be dying :( For the last 6 hours he has been just sitting on the bottom of the tank, barely moving, and not eating. What's wrong? :( He has no spots...so its not Ich. PLX HELP!

sorry most are korean but i like both. I prefer comedies but open to a lot of stuff I just don't like the sappy sad movies which are boring. I think the most boring korean movie i saw so far was "garden of heaven" god that movie just dragged from the begining.

I have severe acne and my dermatologist prescribed Doxycycline and Tazorac for me. I've been using those medications for 6 days and a few days ago my neck and right arm has been itching. Red, dry, itchy patches have formed after I started scratching it a little (it was really itchy and irritable). I went to the pharmacy today and was told to stop taking doxy and to take Benadryl for two days. Does that mean I'm allergic to doxy or can I resume taking doxy after my rash clears? My acne has not improved in those 6 days and I really want it to go away soon. I heard that doxy works and I don't want to give up on it yet...unless I really really am allergic to it, which I'm not sure. What if it's because of the rapid weather change (humid hot sunny day to a cold chilly day) and not the doxy?
