That's a real good start. I'd also cut down processed foods, go for more fresh fruits, veg, low fat dairy, wholemeal/wholegrain bread & cereals. But you've taken a really important step, and I would be surprised if you don't lose some serious inches. Good on you!

commence by utilising proscribing your calorie intake on Thanksgiving day. eat turkey breast meat, eat some greens, yet bypass the potatos, the gravy and the pies. Get an thought of what a suited serving length is - a million/2 c for many issues, a million c for greens. workout 30-60 minutes 5 days a week. Drink a lot of water. sidestep quickly ingredients, fatty ingredients, chocolates, soda pop. eat culmination, greens, lean mean, finished grains. you could surely lose 10 lb by utilising Christmas. good success.

Avoid sugar, exercise every chance you get, at least 30 mins. everyday. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meat and drink lots of water. Avoid fats and starches and it should happen for you. If you keep a healthy diet and exercise you should also keep it off as well. Don't starve yourself, but don't over-indulge either. Stay busy and moving.

You need to keep track of your calorie intake. Try keeping a food diary for a week. Write down everything that goes in your mouth along with calories value. That will show you how you're doing and where you need to make changes. Try for 1200 calories a day. Combine that with your 30 minutes of sweat everyday and you'll be set..good luck...

Depending on your weight right now, you very well could lose 10 lbs. by Christmas. I applaud you for choosing a healthy way to lose weight as opposed to a FAD diet! Good Luck

idk how much you will lose, but if you make those changes and don't stress too much (ie don't weigh in every day, the stress can sometimes counteract the benefits), you definitely will feel and look better! staying hydrated and exercising will help you feel more alert and you will be healthier. sometimes, it's not about losing weight, I mean even if you don't lose weight, you can end up looking better because you burn fat and gain muscle tone instead. so go for it, focus less on the weight loss and more on being healthy and doing what's best for you!
