HTML Application question?

I am having this horrible brain fart where i cant remember what these aplications are called. They load your image in an enviornment and you can use tools to cut on them. When you partition them in this way it makes a each partition a link. any clues?

It is called creating an image map and you define areas of the image to work as links. Adobe Imageready has this feature.
