my future brother and sister in law have a six month old baby and the mother use to smoke pot but the father smokes pot everyday with the baby present. this really bothers me. they are not married yet. i am a licensed social worker, but i jsut got my licensed a couple months ago. well, he is alwyas smoking pot always. and it really bugs me. speciually with the baby. they are my future family, but ethically i am suppose to report this. but i feel i cant sicne they are fmaily. but i am concerned about the baby. i have expressed my concern to them and to my fiance. but nothing has changed. i could jsut not go over there anymore. but i am concerned about the 6 month old.....what do i do? nark on them? but i could lose my job too, if anyone else found out i knew and didnt report.....

Back in the 1960's when I was a kid I saw a scary movie on the Saturday afternoon Creature Feature where people were slowly covered in seaweed or moss. It was some kind of infection or transformation caused by radiation and it started out as a patch of green fuzzy stuff here and there and grew until the people were covered in it, like "Swamp Thing." I recall near the end when a man and woman are rowing a small boat in the fog and he turns into a vegetation man as the fog clears. I believe it was in black-and-white. There may have been a larger ghost ship involved at sea and the "disease" came from there. It scared the crap out of me. I have to see this movie again. Thanks.

I'm sure this is a very basic for most people that use computers but here goes, lol ...

I bought a new mouse for my computer and it was the least expensive kind ($10) and I've had it for about three weeks now. It gets stuck all the time and won't move around. I have to bang on it to get it move.

I don't have a mouse pad. How can I fix it? Would a mouse pad work?

What causes a mouse to get stuck?

I am Catholic and Holy Mass was being said today Friday. 3 men I do not remember how they were dressed or what they looked like collected the monies "for the church" I thought it was very strange for a Friday, because monies or donations are ONLY Collected on Saturday and Sundays. After Mass, a woman annoucned that they men were con men with actual church baskets collecting the money and took off. At least 200 people were in the church.
Were they so brazen? What kind of person would do this in broad daylight, with many witnesses and in Holy Church?

My nephew and his 3yr old sister(both children are okay and no one is hurt , I was @ work when this all happened.) let the bathtub overflow. There is a tons of water everwhere. On the side where the bathroom is located the water had soaked the carpets in the closets and at least a foot of carpet is soaked into the rooms across the way from the bathroom area. I don't know what to do? I have removed part of the carpet and have purchased an area carpet to cut and replace a least a spot of the carpet but I don't know what to do? I pulled up part of the carpet to keep the subfloor from becoming extremely damaged by the water. My mother told me that water from the 2nd floor was leaking into the kitchean/dining room thru the light fixtures. I can not afford to have someone come out and asses all the damage( I live in a small off the way town that it cost a fortune to get people out to repair things.) My sister advises me that her insurance will not cover this type of damage.

I recently had cataract surgery and the AcrySof Toric IOL implanted in one eye. At the first checkup, my vision was:

SPH: +1.25
CYL: Nil
AXIS: Nil

Just 2 days ago, my follow up revealed the following

SPH: +1.00
CYL: -0.50
AXIS: 160

Q: During this period, I developed about -0.50 D of astigmatism. What are the chances of my Astig progressing until I'll be needing astigmatic correction in the future?

Q: I hear from my surgeon that some form of astigmatism can be beneficial for my overall vision. What qualify it as "beneficial astigmatism"?

Q: It is believed that mild level of astigmatism does not warrant correction. What range is considered as "mild"? Will my current level of astigmatism require vision correction?

Q: My concern is since my IOL is a toric lens, initial tests showed that it corrected 100% of my astigmatism. The sudden appearance of -0.50 D of Astig, may mean the IOL is rotating inside my eye, thus negating any correction by the IOL? How likely is that the case?

I really like the team idea of DX. A lot of people are starting to hate it because both HHH and HBK are "too old" (I don't hear anyone complaining about the Undertaker). So I thought what is DX could continue, with new guys, younger guys? I think that would be alright, just want to see what other people have to say about this.
