Isn't it sad knowing Ramadan is over and people are going to go back to things they don't do in Ramadan, we're going to go back to music, not going to the masjid everyday, not fasting until next Ramadan, not reading the Qur'an on a daily basis (not all people, some mash'allah 3alaihom)

Sometimes when i start jogging i immediately feel a stitch in my ab muscles and it persists until the pain is too great to continue running.

Other times the stitch develops after i've been running for a while.
And other times i dont get the stitch at all whatsoever.

do i not run correctly or something? how do i prevent from getting the stitch? i run 5k tomorrow so i'm like aaahh.... does it have something to do with eating?

I am making a dress for a renaissance festival- no, it will not be historically accurate..

I want to use a spray fabric paint to stencil on a pattern on the bottom of the skirt.

I bought a product from hobby lobby:

I bought the "upholstery fabric paint"

I liked the color and the price, and the fact it was not a "on the top" kind of paint.

It runs really bad and can't be used as a stencil.

The company makes a stencil spray- has anyone used this product? how "Raised" is it on top of the cloth? The company says the stencil stuff is thicker.

Is there an agent I can put into the cloth to stop the bleeding of the stencil? That will wash out?

Ok I 5'7" 220lbs. I've had gynecomastia for a very long time. My weight goes up and down throughout the year mainly because I get depressed and think that I will never get rid of my "man boobs". I've been thinner that what I currently am and the boobs won't go away. Not on drugs, never taken anything except some medicine for asthma. I'm 21 years old, way passed that puberty stage....right, so I don't want to hear it will go away with time.....because that's all I've given is time. I've started exercising more and I'm trying to eat more healthy. I just want them gone, wish I could cut them off! I don't want to have surgery just yet but if it comes to it...then I guess I have no choice.

I have 2 creatures geat and they are small, whom I call my girls, they are a cat and a dog, Though 4 and 5 now, their food is costing me a mini fortune!
They are so fussy and my Chawowa was given to me at 3- 4 weeks old and I didn't think she was going to live.
She has been fed on cat food all her life and won't eat dog food ever!

Can some one please help me with a - - ? make at home, tasty food different recipes that won't cost a heap please.
Because even the tins of cat food get half wasted.
Someone said leave them long enough and they'll eat it when they're hungry enough, but they won't!!
