Just do what you're doing and enjoy it. I'm almost 67 and I masturbate almost every day. It's normal. It's healthy.

You need to go back to college or find something worthwhile to do to occupy your mind and then you wouldn't have to resort to asking questions like this. I would expect someone 35 years of age to be solving corporate problems, or feedng their children, or playing basketball with friends, or being busy at the church, or relaxing after a days work not on the computer asking inane questions. You are probably about 15 not 35.

Sounds fine so long as you are doing it because you want to. However if you have to do it once per day just because that is what the sperm bank expects of you, you may find it difficult.

Once a day is fine. It's very healthy. The more times you *** each week helps prevent prostate cancer.

Dr. Oz (He's really smart when it comes to anatomy; he's always on Oprah) says that every male should have AT LEAST 280 orgasms a year. Once a day will not hurt you at all. :)

But why? I mean, do you do this for a true need or out of boredom?

masturbation is an act of exercising...and that makes the body healthy.. the point is, the time it will take your genitals to erect.. the longer the time it erects... the healthier you are.
