Ok I 5'7" 220lbs. I've had gynecomastia for a very long time. My weight goes up and down throughout the year mainly because I get depressed and think that I will never get rid of my "man boobs". I've been thinner that what I currently am and the boobs won't go away. Not on drugs, never taken anything except some medicine for asthma. I'm 21 years old, way passed that puberty stage....right, so I don't want to hear it will go away with time.....because that's all I've given is time. I've started exercising more and I'm trying to eat more healthy. I just want them gone, wish I could cut them off! I don't want to have surgery just yet but if it comes to it...then I guess I have no choice.

I ordered these pills Gynexin....not sure if they will work or just a scam, but I'll give it a try. All I have now is hope. I've been doing research on the web for a long time as well. I had a doctor examine my chest, no soreness or tenderness, basically just fat. I had a testicular ultrasound a couple of years ago, thought I might have testicular cancer or something....came back normal....had blood work done.....came back normal. SO WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME????????? Took a weight lifting class Senior year in high school that made them bigger, I think because I had built muscle and the fat remained on top. Recently came across Turmeric and Curcumin.

I'm going to GNC tomorrow and buying some. I don't know if my hormones are off or not. I guess I should go get tested for that as well huh. BUT ARE THERE SAFE NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS OR FOODS THAT CAN BALANCE HORMONES OR INCREASE TESTERONE. I'm not sure if I need to increase testerone but basically I just want to be balanced. So suggestions please.

You are basically SOL. If you have congenital gynomastia the only real option after losing all the weight is surgery. It might be more prudent to try counseling and medication so that you are less concerned with negative body image.

Also, male puberty doesn't completely stop until about 24-26.

I saw a TV program about gynecomastia, and they said the only way to cure it was surgery. I don't think exercising will work. I'm a woman and exercising and diet never changes my bra size. Since this is so distressing for you, I would get online and search for a good plastic surgeon in your area and just get this taken care of once and for all so you can move on with your life. You don't need to be dealing with this on top of all the other stresses in life. If you have surgery, they're gone forever and you never have to think about it again.

keeping your tummy and feet warm (I know, it's weird in the heat, but...). Be very, very careful with a bath - it can make you bleed heavily, and that is also not pleasant. I personally found that the hormonal (anti-conceptive) pills have a very smoothing effect on my period (I have almost fainted with the pain, and I am by no means unique) - it is shorter and I don't feel any pain at all. This method isn't very natural, though. Of the painkillers, I found that Motrin used to have a rather strong effect on the cramps, and in quantities that didn't make me _that_ drowsy. But that's not natural either.

Im in the health field and if "pills" really worked for weight loss, man boobs, ect. then there would be no fat people or man boobs, right? Dont waste your money. Eat right, exercise, and lift weights. Depending on the size of your problem, it will get better, or surgery. There is nothing wrong with that. And you will be 100% happier and confident after surgery. You are young and a simple surgery will change your life for the better. Good luck.
