If a person is fat, is everything fat?

Fat ears, fat nose? And if such a person loses weight, he/she will have slim ears and slim nose?

that's nothing like that my aunt is fat but her nose is slim only her stomach and her thigh ts r fat! so stop worring and enjoy ur life!

Fat people seem to have larger noses than thin people. I don't know if it's an illusion but it's true, their ears and noses seem to look smaller when they lose weight.
