You can take Kraft Foods Limited as an example. Click on the link, then click SEC Filings and Annual Report for the financials, or click Who We Are for the history

I think you will need to visit each company's website. The ASX has info on those listed entities, but the info would be limited to more current-ish info. There are some database out there in the market (but not free) where you can buy and it has summary historical and current information on various companies (generally listed, and not full extended info either), some Chartered firms would have them.
