so i still have feelings for my last boyfriend
we weren't that serious and we broke up because we never really saw each other
now we go to the same school and we see each other everyday
i'm telling myself that i should get over him
should i?
also my friends cousin and i are really good friends and i really like him and i think he sort of likes me but i'm not sure!?!

I am so upset. I took my two dogs to get spayed and neutered yesterday and now I am not too sure I did the right thing. I thought it was the responsible thing to do (being that one is a boy and the other a girl) but when I mentioned it to someone today (after seeing the cones around their heads) I am starting to think I did something terrible. The person told me that I had ruined my dogs lives and that there were other ways of keeping them from having puppies. The person told me if I were to like it of someone took me to the doctors to get me fixed! I am so sad now. Did I do the right thing?

My daughter (will be 5) wants to have her birthday at ice rink. We cannot afford to pay for everyone to skate. I was thinking of having party at home with games, cake, and ice cream from 6pm to 7pm (Sat.) and then going to rink afterwards (from 7:15pm to 8:15pm). We are not able to provide full transportation (only room for two more in our vehicle) or admission. What should we do? We plan on inviting 8 children (friends) and 8 adults (family and friends). (Would it be rude to let her have one or two special friends come?) What should we put on invitations?

Im 18 shes 14, turning 15 in january. We've been going out for 5 months, yesterday all hell broke lose. She skipped classes to come over and the school called her mom. Her mom called me but i didnt hear the phone, so her mom called the cops afterwards. When we got to her house the cops were downstairs. Long story short.. her moms against us being together, so are the cops..

Hi! I've been a vegetarian for close to a year now and am toying with the idea of being vegan. I have always wanted to, but being under 18, I don't want to create extra expenses for my parents, nor do I want to pay for special foods (i.e. soy ice cream) My dad and brother are vegetarians so it has not been hard to find food, but I am a horrible cook and don't want to make my parents cook foods special just for me. So, I am looking for a long list of vegan foods (NOT recipes), or possibly a book with a long list? I'm aware of the one by peta, but i was wondering if there was perhaps a longer one?

I am preparing to graduate second in my class at Stanford University. I will earn a degree in Biophysics. I have been offered three jobs already, including one in Asia, once I graduate, all of which would pay me six figures with incentive bonuses.

The problem is this : I don't want to work in biophysics.

My new dream is to wrap individual slices of cheese. I don't care how little it pays, or how ridiculous it sounds to others, but I have been thinking long and hard about this, and this is the career path I want to pursue. I feel slightly guilty about spending thousands upon thousands of my parents' dollars, but what's done is done. Nobody can destroy my dream.

How can I ease them into this?

OUTSIDE of religious writings, is there any proof at all that a Jesus of Nazareth ever lived? Both the Romans and Jews kept scrupulous records and there is no mention of him. The nearest thing there is, are writings by Josephus, who lived years later and also believed in flying chariots of fire in the sky.
