But he doesn't need it... when Guliani or Romney end up with it, he can then run as an independent... and if the popular vote has anything to do with the actual turn out you may see the first Independent president in a long time... and if he's got real balls he'll grab Dennis Kucinich for his vice because Dennis is never Ever going to get the democratic nomination....
wouldn't that be a victory for the people of this country?
even the hate club that is going to roast me for this question/statement... in spite of your ignorance, it would be good for you as well...

I've heard many different theories and many sources saying that it is simply impossible. Even today's cranes couldn't move rocks of that size and weight. I can't tell you everything I've heard, but I remember thinking that it was truly a mystery to me because of the overwhelming evidence that there is no way the Egyptians could pull it off.

Aliens maybe?

My father and i seem to constantly debate about this issue. When our neighbors go by our driveway to take out the trash, or when another dog walks by, my dog goes crazy. i think this is innapropriate, though my father thinks that it is the dogs job.

Do you seriously believe the government worships Satan and wants to put all Christians in concentration camps? And that they control the world? It's obviously a load of crap. But so many people believe it. Why is this? I think this is like Y2K. Remember how much "evidence" there was. But when you applied logic to the matter you realized it was crap. But do you seriously believe this? Like without a doubt.

It really is difficult to remain unbiased when it comes to discussing Americans. They arrogate to themselves the right to act as this planet's policeman, to condemn other countries for real or perceived breaches of human rights and to rail against forms of government which in American eyes are less democratic than theirs. As Americans are such good Christians, surely they know the passage in the Bible that says: "O thou hypocrite, before thou wouldst remove the splinter from thy brother's eye, attend to the beam in thine own eye!" Never has a passage from the Bible been more apt. So naturally do Americans become defensive when their own shortcomings are pointed out to them, because to face the truth would be unbearable.
Which other self-proclaimed peace-loving country has waged so many wars against smaller defenceless countries, has allowed the members of their military to commit atrocity after atrocity going back to WW2, the Korean War, Vietnam, and now Iraq?
In what other country do you need to be a millionaire or at least be able to raise millions in order to be elected to parliament or chief executive?
Where else on this globe has the education system broken down and/or deteriorated to such an extent that children no are no longer able to read and write or do simple arithmetic and need to take remedial classes upon entering college?
In which other country with the exception of certain Middle Eastern nations does a small fundamentalist religious minority have the power to manipulate both government and the media to enforce a Victorian concept of morality upon an unwilling population?
I could go on and on, but let this suffice.
No wonder Americans are sensitive when it comes to discussing their shortcomings

Without fail in school, every year we'd do the President's Physical Fitness test...and every year we'd have to run a mile. I was never involved in sports (I always did art and music as after school activities) yet my gym teachers always assumed that having not run since the last fitness test, I'd be able to complete a full mile.

Should the average person be able to run a full mile? Or is it something that you sort of have to work up to?? By full mile, I mean run the entire mile without stopping.

Last year I quit my job in a medical group to follow the doctor i was working for when he started his own private practice since i was the only employee he asked me to work as an independant contractor until he established the office..so I agreed. He told me that i would be able to work under his office license...WRONG. I just recieved a letter from that city stating that I owe a business tax license and I have to pay a penalty for not having my own business license and working in their city! Should I try to have that doctor pay for this because he should of known that i needed this. I was young and didnt really understand what i was getting in to. He also told me that when i did do my federal taxes that it would be no more than 1000...it was 7000. I no longer work for him!
