Matthew 18:8 - "If you hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you."
It means if any person, program or teaching threatens the spiritual growth of the body, it must be removed. It is a stumbling block

I cut my unruley tongue out 3 days ago. What a stupid friggin' act that was! Bled like a stuck pig. I coterized it with the poker out of the fireplace. What a stupid friggin' act that was. I was in such pain that I missed my mouth and took out an eye. Half way to eliminating lust I guess. Burnt my lips really bad when I finally did get it in my mouth. It feels weird having no tongue. Milkshakes forever!
