a home i used to live is going to be shortsale. my realtor said the 1st lender verbally told him that they won't be 1099 on me for the difference. there are 2nd loan into this home and i'm afraid the 2nd loan might do.

Will I be taxed eventually...?

Since other home is to be foreclosed (rental property in Maryland), I am seriously considering to spend about $2000 for bankruptcy lawyer.

Advice please! My fear is the 1099c consequences...

I should note, until 3 weeks ago hardly any fur dropped and both her parents do shed very little. She eats Iams and gets brushed 1-2x daily. Curious if this could be adult fur coming in?!?

I mean I love my husband. I don't know if I am truly in love with him. He is my best friend. Is this as good as it gets. Well my cousins husband works for the millitary and he used to work under wright pat airforce base in ohio so i was asking if aliens were real and Jodie ( my cousin ) said that they were underneath wrihgt pat airforce base and i asked my cousins husband if he knew anything about this because he used to work under there and he said " I cannot confirm or denny "
in other words " yes " unless he would just say " NO " so any way I guess Aliens akre real !!!!

I have an interview with a finance company. Not sure if they will hire me, but assuming that they ask...should I take job?

There is one thing to consider however. I'm collecting unemployment (I quit my job because they moved.) If I take the job and hate it, then I can't collect anymore..(unless there is some rule.)
