The attendant has been complaining to her mother recently about her behavior. She has been diagnosed at various times as autistic, developmentally delayed, and the most recent one, as mentally retarded with an IQ in the 40s. The student's mother started having her 5-year-old son ride on the ESE bus so she could know more about what was going on. Well, one day the above incident occurred.....the student was yelling and the bus attendant told her to be quiet, then the student yelled defiantly and the bus attendant walked over to her, slapped her on the arm, shook her, and told her to shut up. When they got to school the brother and another child on the bus reported the incident to their teachers. The school principal, VP, etc. watched a video from the bus and although the quality of the video was poor, the video matched the story the children told. What punishment should the attendant receive? Suspended? Fired? Criminal prosecution?

Why is Rush being targetted by the media and liberals in Congress for his "phont soldiers" comment?

According to that thought process...

Why wasn't Obama targetted when he said that American soldiers were senselessly killing civilians and air-raiding Villages?

Why wasn't John Kerry targetted when he said, "You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq." And later accused soldiers of breaking into houses in the dead of night and killing civilians in cold blood?

Do liberals have more freedom of speech than conservatives?

Since when does Congress even have the authority to sanction private citizens for political freedom of speech?

My husband and I have some communication issues which only have been exacerbated by the arrival of my mother in law to help our with our one year old. it's an HP latop, it's not that old. It was connecting to the network fine, but now it's not. I open the window to "View available wireless networks" and nothing is there. I took it to another house and it doesn't show that network either so I'm guessing it is something wrong with the computer. Where should I start ?

Heard a lot of mixed reviews on this boat. This is the only week we can go. I am 23 and my bf of 3 yrs. is 24. We like to go out and have a good time, but do not want too much of the college party scence. We found this trip because it was so close to CT and not much goes out of SC. The drive won't be too far compared to other cruises out of Miami. Has anyone had experience on this boat. This is our first cruise, and I am afraid that this boat is very old and boring. We want to relax and have a good time.

since i was small if i kept an underwear for 1 day the next day it would have yucky things on it, it doesnt smell so bad, but still it stains my underwear to a light yellowish colour. ive seen ma sisters underwear and its the same. i just want to know if its normal. is this the reason we wear underwears? please i'd like the truth...

You love and worship your god, which is fair enough, so surely you wouldn't want him to be in that sort of pain again.

But if you said "Don't do it." out of love for him there is the chance you're going to hell for an eternity of pain.

Also you're not allowed to say, "Jesus wouldn't ask. He'd just do it." Thats cheating and if you do I condemn you to have the face of a tortoise, forever.

Why do women who claim to be proud of being women find it derogatory when someone calls them "woman?" Sometimes I use it with my friends or colleagues in a positive context e.g. "What a great idea, woman!" And they still take offense... If I say, "What are you talking about, man?" no man will get insulted. How can feminists advocate women rights if they think deep down women are inferior and being called "woman" is degrading?
