One of the easiest ways to reduce your carbon footprint is to decrease your energy use. Some ways to do that include replacing incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescents, turning off lights when leaving a room, and shutting computers down at night. For other ideas, see:

1. Reuse the coffee grounds, about twice a day
2. Use the back of a printed paper again, but turning it over and using the back side..
3. Reuse your paper coffee/water cup, or foam cup for one week.
4. Opening windows instead of using air-conditioning
5. Dress warm, instead of turning on the heat
6. Use non-electric type writing instead of computer
7. Use a messenger biker to deliver messages instead of using the phone.
8. write letters, for messages on the back of already printed messages, for delivery.
9. For your coffer pot, use solar power to heat up your water for coffee.
10. Don't flush toilet paper down the toilet, use clean rags, thrown them in a bin, and have someone take them home everyday to wash them (and of course, by hand)..
11. Don't flush the waste from, the toilet, but use a bucket, to throw away your toilet waste, and bury it, to fertilize the ground..

Its not exactly simple to be carbon neutral, it will take some considerable thought, time and money to achieve this.

Ill be happy to help you, but I would need more information on your office, location, orientation, structure, etc..
