There's nothing subjective about the term; first of all, promiscuous is an adjective, and not a noun. A promiscuous person is someone who has casual sex with many people in a short order of time. They are slow to develop any kind of emotional attachment to their partners.

Promiscuous: ( Definition)- Lacking discrimination or selectivity. Having multiple sexual partners.
Now there is no way to know out of the billions of people that is on or off this planet is promiscuous.
Some of the reasons that can/may make people promiscuous comes from a lot of different reasons, one could be medical such as nymphomania " A desire to be sexual more than what is called normal".
The second cause can/may be mental and/or emotional issues,
such as someone looking for acceptance, wanting to fit in,or perhaps some one whom may have been sexually abused.

Promiscuous means having casual sex with a lot of partners. Sex should mean something and should be with someone you have a committed relationship with, and not just random sex with whoever. Not only is that bad for you emotionally, but it can kill you these days.

I'm not. That means you sleep around alot and have many sexual partners, but I'm not having sex.

well, I'm NOT. And that means having sex with different people without having specific couple, sometimes with no protection. its like for me, have sex with occasional people on occasional times not just with one.
