I can't find a reliable program to play an .ogg file...

Get VLC media player, you will never ever have to worry about diffeent formats again....its plays almost ALL know media formats.

you'd probably be best off converting it to some other format.
almost nothing reliably plays ogg vorbis files.

try to convert the video format
use nidesoft video converter
have a good luck!

Get Winamp player ( http://www.winamp.com) it plays most audio/video files.
