Who do you think should get custody of these kids?

I don`t think either one of them are fit to parent.

Britney Spears has not emerged from childhood herself. Her early fame and fortune have made it difficult for her to advance in maturity. Until she really makes a 180 degree change in direction she will continue to be an unfit mother.
Unless Britney finds the desire, motivation and courage to admit the truth about herself and takes responsibility for dealing with her problems honestly, she will continue to deteriorate emotionally and psychologically, and will not be able to help her children, which is and will continue to be - a tragedy.
Her children have to stay with their father until (when and if) Britney does make a big change. If she does this she could completely change the situation for herself and her children.
If she doesn't there is no right answer - there is only the reality that the father will have custody - for better of for worse. We can only hope and pray that Britney will pull herself together and start thinking and feeling like a real mother.

kevin federline already got custody of their 2 children Sean Preston and Jayden James. It mentioned on yahoo news a couple of days ago. kevin seems more of a fit parent than britney. he also gets along better w/ brits mom than she does. when the 2 boys are at his house, they play and they have nutricious meals, but in britneys she feeds them junk and their teeth are starting to rot. She's just a bad mother. I'm just happy that they have one good parent and i don't care what others say about kevin, he's not so bad.

She's in need of some serious psychiatric help, and until she seeks it out willingly and stays with it, she will not have a chance to prove that she can be a good mother. Kevin Federline has been concerned about the welfare of his children since day one, and I believe he will do well at raising them. He has shown his fatherly side and that he is willing to fight to protect them; Britney has simply messed up over and over again to a more insane degree each time. For god's sake, she won't allow them to see her mother...it's not like it's Lindsay Lohan's drunken hussy of a mother!!

Kevin Federline would make the better parent. Because do to the fact that she had children she was responsible for her
kids. And she chose to take drugs. She made the choice for
this to happen. Nobody but her self should be blamed for the
whole situation. She wasn't forced to become a bad women
she chose to become a bad women. I hope this answers the

Britney is young, got maried young, had kids young, with alot of money. Kevin used her and walked away just like he did his other babies mama. Britney needs support and guidance. Maybe losing the babies will give her the courage to sit down and reavaluate her lifestyle. With all the media she needs to get a breather away, lay low and get her mind together. Public is so critical. I wish I still looked that good after 2 babies. She is hurt and angry and doesnt know how to deal with it. She needs support before she spirals down hill more. Then I am sure everyone will really feel bad for the awful things they have said to her. If it was your sister, wouldnt you try to help her? I am sure thats all she needs, positive influences and not Paris Hilton.
Just my opinion.

No , I wouldn't say it's bad luck. At this time in her life ,I think yes she is unfit. she's going through a though period right now and until she sorts her life out the kids are probably better off with their father.Would Kevin be better? Only time will tell.

As far as I'm concerned partying, doing drugs and checking yourself into rehab on a regular basis doesn't really make for a good parent. If you are going to raise children you have to think about them before yourself. Whether Kevin will do a better job only time will tell.

I think the kids are better off for now. Just to get them out of the spot light. It is horrible how at such a young age they are surrounded by media. That is scary. Britney needs to go to a small town where she can't be found and recover...

I feel so sorry for those boys. Neither are what I would call good parents. But how bad a mom do you have to be to have Kevin Federline be the better parent!!! OMG!! How did she let that happen!! selfish, selfish, selfish. Sad, sad, sad.
