I have gotten off as much as I can by scraping. I have steam cleaner but don't want to use it until the solid part is off the carpet. It is all dried on. Any suggestions.

Maybe the question is kind of confusing, here are the specifics.

I'm gonna make $115k this year. This puts me just barely above the limit for being able to contribute to a Roth IRA. I love to save money, and I love putting money into the Roth.

BUT, I became eligible to contribute to a 403(b) this year. I can put away up to $15,500.

If I put the full amount into my 403(b), would my gross adjusted income then fall to $99,500, making me eligible to put the full $4k into a Roth IRA?

my partner is a 45 year old male who has recently been diagnosed with AF. His is intermittent. I am very concerned about his health but he keeps telling me there is nothing to worry about, that's it's a minor inconveience.

I think it's more serious than that. Does anyone know anything about AF and it's long term affects?

i have a dilemma, i was told that my hubby won't be at my daughters wedding if she didn't want her sibling to be part of it, as in part of the bridal party. she wants her sibling to be in charge of the guest book, but this is not good enough for father. it's her day and his money.
where is the compromise supposed to come into play, when they both feel so strongly. i don't want it to be his way or no way, but he has a way of that being the case, sometimes.
what is a mother to do?

My husband says I'm crazy for wanting to stop but I just can't handle the pain my DS is in afterwards. His last appointment he got 4 SHOTS!!! 2 in each leg!!! Anyway, what do you recommend and how do I break it to my doctor? Can he say no or drop me as a patient?

They don't believe in hell anyway, so what difference does it make. So many posts bring up the fact that some Christian told them they are going to hell. Why should you be offended by that when you don't believe in heaven or hell in the first place?

(BTW I have NEVER damned anyone to hell. I believe that is God's job - not ours and do not agree with that tactic. I feel we are not to be judgmental and that we are to love others unconditionally.)

I'm starting to think: "Gosh, so God created us starting with Adam and Eve. He must had known that we were going to "fall," so why did he even bother?" "What will happen to all those who don't believe in Christ as our Saviour only because they were raised a different way? Are they going to Hell when they die?" "Why is our religion the "ONLY" and the best? Isn't that judgmental of us? Couldn't that be a major sin that we don't realize we're committing?"
