Here is one answer for you:

Take salt and pure, clean water to your church or Sacristy, where the Priest will exorcise the salt, then the water, then put the salt into the water in the form of a cross and bless it. You will then have holy water.

That's all it takes.

Edit: If you want, e-mail me and I'll copy the entire ritual, including rubrics and prayers, and e-mail it back.

Some ancient religions believed that rain water collected when a rainbow was visible was holy water.

I doubt it will do any miracles for you though, unless you have a rather loose definition of a miracle.

Some people believe there's a spring in France that shoots out Holy water and cures people. I say it's a load of bull.

well, if you go to the north pole, and ask santa to cut off a piece of a glacier for you, then take it to a shaman, a priest, a preacher, a nun, and then to the supreme court to have it blessed and ordained as holy water by all parties, then you will have to pay taxes on the value of the miracle it can provide.....as the IRS will find out you have it, and it will be charged as income on your 1040...

I have a friend that gets his from the same place Big Foot gets his shoes. It's a place right on top of this rainbow by my house. You will need to buy wings to fly up there, but you'll be happy you did!

Oh yeah, i am serious too!!!

I'm serious too; there is no such thing as holy water. The catholics made it up and they're deceiving the whole world. You will NEVER find "holy" water that does miracles. Only the Trinity is holy!!

Let me see if i got this straight.

Water created by a perfect and holy God is then "blessed" by a sinful (we all are sinners Rom 3:23) man who can't keep himself from catching cold let alone from hell.

You have faith that this is holy? WOW!!!!!
