It's honestly my all time favourite movie. When my Mother was younger she loved it too and she visited Austria and she went to the lake (where the von Trapp children fall into the water) and the pond where they dance around and she visited the glass house (In 'Sixteen Going on Seventeen' song)

I really want to go and visit these and other places where the movie was made!

My Mum said she's not sure if they'll still excist.

Could I go and visit these places??

Traditionally sit-ups are done on the floor...obviously. Problem with me is I have problems with my lower back due to a car accident. Trying to do ANY exercises on the floor while laying on my back, even on carpeted surfaces, can be painful for me.

I don't want to further injur myself by doing excercises on an unstable surface such as a bed.

Any info or suggestions on this topic?

Will be taking an exam in 3 weeks times, starting from 23rd november, Is there enough time for me to prepare if i start working hard now. I am taking english, chinese, maths, principle in accounts and commerce. Any problems. How should I start preparing since my time to revise was so short. My dad was attacked on our property by a neighbour today. IT TOOK 5 emergancy phone calls and 4 hours for the police to come!
I think this is somewhat unaccpetable!!!

IN the meantime , the 4 hours that passed , the attacker was able to fabricate a story saying that my father attacked him first and he acted in self defence , and he got 4 of his friends to come down to his house and to be his so called "witnesses".

SHAME on the West Australian Police force!

I just moved to a new apartment. It has an air conditioner which seems to be completely inside it. It is attached to an inner wall of the apartment instead of an external wall. I am old fashioned so I had not seen this before. I usually keep my windows closed and I would like to know if I am getting new oxygen or this AC is only cooling the air that is already inside the place. Thanks a lot.

Last Friday night I did not have sex, I have never had sex to be clear about that, but I have been off of my birth control because it was a long term one and was causing me to spot on and off so I stopped using it and friday I was probably on the 8th day of my period. I was with my fiance and was fully clothed, I was in jeans and he was in jersey shorts and I ended up with two very very small, maybe just bigger than the tip of a pencil spots of pre-*** on my clothing, one on my shirt in the stomache area and another on the upper part of my thigh on my jeans. I then went to the bathroom and before realizing what it was touched it then rinsed (with out soap) my hand off and dryed with a towel. Then removed my tampon and replaced it with a pad after I realized what I had done I went home started a new birth control YAZ and Saturday morning not hardly even 12 hours later took Plan B the "morning after pill just to be sure. Is there any way I could be pregnant? Should I be worried?

I recently saw a tv show where a woman said that she was forced to drink so much hot sauce as a girl that she vomited.
