Jumbo King Prawns?

Question

Any ideas what I can add to my jumbo king prawns??? got some potatoe salad so what could I add to them>?

secret to any crustacian , is lemon grass,butter,and LIME ,but do-not forget the garlic ,and pepper (cayene or paprika ) so not to over power the true taste of the shrimp heat apart with the spices ,sautee shrimp in butter then drizzle liquid or better just dip some and some not !!

Depends on how you're going to cook them! If you're going to grill them, then I'd add some grilled corn on the cob along side that potato salad and some fresh fruit. If you're going to cook them in cajun spices, then I'd throw together some dirty rice or red rice and beans as an accompaniment. Then there's Shrimp Scampi, and in that case you want to use linguini or rice instead of potato salad. And some great French Bread. Still bent on having potato salad? Then I'd have corn on the cob or perhaps some sauteed spinach with fresh garlic.

Cook the prawns in butter, crushed garlic, fresh chopped parsley and pepper. Saute on low with frying pan lid. The juices of the prawns and other ingredients will give the prawns additional flavour. Delicious!!

You can serve them with sweet potatoes, garlic, onion and rice vermicelli (thin noodles made from rice, sometimes also known as rice noodles).
