If 230 volts is the r.m.s value, then 325.27 volts is the peak value and 207.07 volts is the average value for half the sine wave. So if 207.07 volts is the average value, how come 230 volts is the value that is equivalent to a d.c. voltage. I understand the maths when using the r.m.s voltage with r.m.s current to find the power, but I can't understand why the r.m.s voltage (or current) alone is equivalent to d.c and not the average of half a sine wave.

For the past three months I have been waking up around 2:30 - 3:00am in a pool of sweat, and I find myself in a state of dread and fear. Like someone is pushing my chest down. With all the buzz about the Matrix demanding a trade what team do honestly think would trade for him and what trade makes sense for both teams? I have a few trades I think would work, let me know what you think?

1. Kenyon Martin (if healthy) he would give the suns some much needed toughness inside after the loss to the spurs, but this is probably not too likely because its a western team...this would also help the nuggets and give them a big boost inside...

2. Richard Jefferson, matrix would be a perfect fit for jason kidd, man I could see it now, jason kidd passes off the back board and here comes matrix with the slam....that would be fun to watch..

3. Jermaine O'neal, this is probably the most sensable trade, the player value i say is pretty even here...

I don't think he'll land on the Lakers, the lakers don't wanna win. Besides the Lakers really need a point guard more than anything....

ABOUT ME:im 5'11" light brown skin(half black) hazel eyes, burgundy and yellow hair(looks great-not ugly like u'd think) im attracted to tall white boys a lot and luv motorcycles.

My husband is an overweight person and is never interested in sex though after 2 or 3 days he bcomes ready for sex but is never able to make me enjoy. I m not at all sexually satisfied if i say him to visit the doctor he alwayz says that he is allright. He does never care for my body requirement . I m so confused it was our love marriage and he does love me but why does he not understand my urge to enjoy sex. I have passed many nights crying. Since the day i married him i am not at all happy.

Many American companies moved operations to Europe and China. By doing this, employees had an option to move with the company or be laid off.
Could many of these employees be commuting back and forth over the oceans just to save their jobs?
The pay would have to make it worthwhile, however.

It seems whenever I see a parked police car, other than at the station, they almost always have their parking lights on at night. It doesn't seem to matter if they're on break in a restaurant eating dinner or sitting in the car doing paper work or sittin' lookin' for speeders. Why is this? Is it just to look cool?
