Why would the White House play politics with the truth? Why don't they just call out Detroit for making crap cars?

In a rush for college I parked in the only available parking space, sticking a bit over a private driveway with a dropped kerb. I left plenty room for a car to get out but when i returned a not had been stuck on my window detailing that what i had done was illegal as they "had a truck coming to deliver something today". They are seeking compensation for redelivery charges but i feel that as i left enough space for a car this is a little unfair. If anyone can find any quotes from the law or regulation leaflets to back this up, then that would be great. thanks

My son has been insulin sependent since he was 8 years old. He's now 23. The last year he has been having terrible problems with control. He is having sudden and unexpected hypoglycemic reactions. There are no symptoms at all of an episode coming on.

Today is was suggested he go to the insulin pump. We have an appointment next week to see about this (we can;t get one before) He can test and be fine, but just minutes later his sugar plumits and he's unconcious.

Can you please give us some info on how the insulin pump has worked for you? Pro's cons (I know cost is a big con, but his life is at stake)

I'm just terrified i'm going to lose my son.

Poor Abel never got to spread his gene's on earth. And now we all have to contend with being descendents of Cane. Why wasn't God the keeper of HIS creation? Did HE have to much going on? For reasons unknown to me, the clutch & clutch release bearing in my '05 Accord Coupe needs replaced. Dealer wants $1360 for parts and labor. I've already had it towed there, so I'm probably gonna go ahead and let them do the work. The part that sucks is that my warranty just expired (36,000 mi. warranty...mileage is currently at 39,010) I bought the car (certified pre-owned from the same dealer) only 9 months ago...it had 29k miles at the time.

What would cause the clutch to go bad in a low mileage 2005 Honda? Any other thoughts on the matter?

About 2 months ago, I met this older man through my friends. He is attractive, funny, smart, wealthy but has legal ties...wife and kids to be exact. He pursued me and I followed along. He kissed me one night 2 months ago b/c he was wasted and I was too but I told him no. Then it happened on a different night. And I said this is the wrong thing to do. He said I was right and we didn't really talk or look at eachother when I would visit my other friends. Then just this last month, I saw him out and he asked me to go get a drink, I gave in and went. I didn't know what to expect but we did have sexual relations not intercourse but you get the idea, and now I am just so wrapped up in this mess and I totally think he is a great guy but what am i doing???? Am I disrespecting myself here? Is this ok? Is it not ok? No one has a clue what is going on but there are several people that would get hurt, how do you walk away? I am so confused!! Please help.

yeah, I know its kind of a dumb question, but im a first timer, so forgive me. my 6 month old is in that putting everything in his mouth stage, and grabed a stack of wipes I had sitting next to him and stuck them in his mouth.
