Yes! I like to have control over everything that is going on and hate not knowing stuff. Also, I'm kind of a loner so I hate that whole 'meeting new people and asking them questions' thing. But... it goes with the territory of finding a new job.

Not at all. I am the new person (hired two months ago), I'm kicking butt, they like me and I like them. Honeymoon periods at a new job are the best time, if you do it right.
