Ive been with my partner for over 10 years, living apart for some of that time. We are now living together and about to buy a house. He goes to the pub regular as clockwork on Friday/Sunday nights. I was out all day yesterday visiting family, got home at 8pm and 5 mins later he was on his way. I said to him I thought you would have stayed in, but he said he had made plans to meet people. Do you think Im being unreasonable to expect him to stay in one Friday or Sunday. These are 2 nights of our w/e after all. Would appreciate views from men/woman and dont tell me to go with him, I hate pubs!!

Sometimes when I pray to God, he answers my prays! (Thank You Jesus)

Sometimes when I pray to God, he does not answer them. But that means that all I have to do is wait... Good things come to those that wait. (Thank You Jesus)

Sometimes when I pray God he says No. But that means that either it is not apart of the "Bigger Picture" or I`am being selfish.
(Thank you Jesus, you have my best interest at heart)

Man I wish they had a God casino. If prayers were like bets I would be a rich man by now. We can`t lose with prayer!

I noticed in Japan, a lot of snowboard shops advocate using waxing paper when waxing your snowboard. They would place a thin sheet of waxing paper under the iron and start waxing the board nose to tail for a few times creating a very thin and smooth layer of wax coating.
Does this actually help when waxing the snowboard as you'll be scraping everything out eventually or does this actually help the base to absorb the wax better?

I think that it would be rude for her to choose the same color blue that I had or the green and purple that our other sister in law had. She does not think so. She has money and we didnt when we got money so her having the exact same color dresses only better would be like a "see I am better than you" deal for me. Just wondering if there was any etiquette on that.

There were 7 series in total but only 2 have been released on DVD and it doesn't look like any of the others are coming any time soon. Does anyone know why? It seems really strange they'd stop after 2...

This is a tad bit personal but just want to know whether its cause for concern or normal...
basically i stopped taking the pill and got the normal period and havent had one since (it would be about 3 months since last one - which ive been told is normal) Last night i had to go do a number 2 and when wiping myself I saw blood so figured I had started my period and put a pad on. since then i had a shower and went to bed expecting to have my period but upon waking up there was nothing. The light was pretty bad. The number 2 was because of constipation. IF for some reason I am right and saw blood, what does it mean? if it isnt my period? I am about 60% sure it was blood but may have been seeing things, i didn't really analyse it!!

Any ideas on cause or what i should do? since then i havent experienced anything "red"

Thanks heaps for your answers

I see a lot of atheists asking questions like, “if there is a God then why do bad things happen”. Atheists continually try to associate negative things towards God in order to absolve themselves of believing in him. To put it simply they connect the idea of God with a negative experience thus justifying their disbelief.

Now from this established viewpoint God does not exist, so what is the cause of these negative things. If it is not caused by God then do these negative things need not be explained? You can no longer blame God, he does not exist. Now I know some of the sharks are going to attack me by saying, the majority of bad things happen by religious nuts killing in the name of God, so this line of reasoning is justifiable.

While I’m not in total disagreement to this it is still incorrect, the greatest atrocities known to man have been committed by atheists, this is undisputed. If you don’t believe me do some researches on people like Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong and Adolf Hitler (there is debate to Hitler’s Belief). A belief or following in God was not a basis for these crimes so whether or not there is a God bad things still seem to happen. Whatever the motives for atheist bloodthirstiness, the indisputable fact is that all the religions of the world put together have in 2,000 years not managed to kill as many people as have been killed in the name of atheism in the past few decades.

It just seems completely contradictory to condemn religion because of the atrocities caused by it when, recent history has shown us far greater atrocities have been committed by the non-religious.

Overall I do realize the tone of my question is, well I guess slightly biased and harsh and I do apologize. (Disclaimer) I do not have a problem with atheists. Just the other day my best friend for over 15yrs was over, he is an atheist and we had a lengthy chat on our differing beliefs. It was quite enjoyable and in no way hostile, I do not label atheists as blood thirsty killing machines I just think the attacks on this forum are a little unfair. Anyhow just interested and any opinions welcome.

I think His Majesty The Emporer Dictartor Gordon Brownapart is afraid!!! of the referendum. I think he knows the majority of the UK public do not want to be in the EU under the presant conditions stated in the EU constitution or any other condition .

I dont belive he has the COURAGE to stand up to the EU on our behalf, Or to let us make up our mind about it.

Do you suspect like i do his ultimate plan is to be president of the EU. With the UK as a state of it under his control like all the other member countries/states

Do you see what i see in him. a very scared and insecure man trying to put himself of as a leader. This is why he is so egotistical and dictorial in his desisions. It's why he said in a memo:
the people will get what i give them weather they like it or not . i make the desisions i dont need advice. Is this who we need running the country. I think not !

Would you vote for him
