Yes I do find it that way, and I can go to different categories to reflect my mood.

Therapeutic in the sense that it make me think before just answering out of haste. I could be as venomous as the rest but then I think it is only harming me.
I used to get upset and angry but most people wouldn't act that way face to face and the anonymity is why the hatred comes out.
Also make me think that the person may have a genuine question but it is worded poorly. Doesn't make me any better to make fun of the person.

Addictive. Annoying. Compulsive.
These are the words I associate with YA. Therapeutic doesn't come to mind. Well, I guess it's nice to find a 'Best Answer' email...but other than that, no.

I don't know about therapeutic, but it's definitely fun.
Although some answers are just stupid and make me doubt the intelligence of some people.

I used to find it very therapeutic, logging in after work to forget the day's problems and unwind, but with all the stalker trolls and over-zealous abuse reporters, now I don't find it as relaxing as it used to be.

I am quite a sensitive person so I tend to steer clear of areas that lean toward hard luck stories.
I like to stay in fields where I feel comfortable to answer.

That, but it's also relaxing , puts the mind more in a laid-back mode.
