They are lying because from hour one they made the decision to lie and cover up this mess instead of coming clean and saying there had been some kind of accident .They were more concerned with protecting themselves than they were about doing the right thing by Maddy .Once they went down that route there was no turning back and so day after day comes more lies and spin but one day they will all be tripped up. I still say the friends know more than they are letting on and I think they will be questioned further before long.

To be fair I think it shows that there is a possibility that Jane Tanner was lying, the reasons for which I am sure will become apparent.

As for the dubious reading material - well I'm sure that will all come out in the wash, if there is any truth in the matter then yes, having had to read several police manuals in my time, they are right, it isn't your typical holiday reading. Zzzzzzzzzz

Let's await the second batch of DNA evidence and ponder from there.

You know, I have friends that are doctors and I find that they can get a little toooooo confident with their abilities and judgement. I have to wonder if this little girl was in fact, drugged a little too much and OPPSSS, she was killed. I`m just saying in may infact may have been a dreadful accident. Doctors get overly confident, ( they are left to make major decisions everyday)....I can see how this can happen. They can sometimes feel untouchable.

Thanks CT. Interesting article. We have to remember these people left their kid alone also. One of them left their sick child alone. What kind of a person does that?
It is media however and hard to decipher what is truth and not with them. What the Portuguese media says does make more sense and does make things add up.

Do you have any proof that they are lying, CT???

If you don't, then this accusation, being not the truth, is a lie in itself.
