I've been off of it for over 5 years. I exercise every day, 5 mi. on the bike,I hit the weights and do calistenics. However, I can't lose the appitite that I never had while using.
I know what your thinking, junkie looser!! but people do change, in prison I found God, education ( I now have an engineering degree) and respect for my body.
Although I am built (6' 225lbs.) and can bench 300+ free weights (scarry uhn) , I still have belly fat. I tend a strict diet, low fat meats (chicken, turkey), fish, fruits and vegtables. I eat alot and am never full. prison food goes right through you if you know what I mean. I was wondering if there was a drug that would help me without any side effects such as sleeplessness and addiction or should I find a more strict set of exercises that curtail to weight loss.
Is it old age, I am 42?
