we start our shifts on the hour. 9-5, 2-10, what have you. we cannot leave the building untill the end of the shift, or on the hour due to "liability". But, when we start we have to relieve the shift before us early, usually ten minutes, so they can be back "by the hour". if they dont get back by the hour the company docks pay to whoever was coming on shift. we are not paid for this extra time so we are losing out on at least six minutes of pay a day, and anytime we raise the issue with our employer they tell us "thats the way it is"...... is there anything i can do?

Darth Vader has many medical problems and relies on mechanical assistance to stay alive. The same is true of Dick Cheney. I sincerely hope that Clinton was not referring to this when she made the comparrison between our Vice President and a science fiction character.

It is simply mean and wrong to make fun of someone because of medical problems or disabilities.

What's your take on this issue?

Angus Deaton lost his job on television for his private life but John McCririck has been vile, insulting and rude to Chris Tarrent's ex-wife. I know he's always been disgustingly sexist but I don't think he should ever be given the opportunity to insult someone like that. What do others think?

Mohammad said that Allah is the same god that the Israelites worship and most scholars agree that the Koran is the same account as the Old Testament, so doesn't it naturally follow that Allah = Christian God as well since Christianity is based off of Judaism? They called me to confirm my information, they got everything right. They told me that since my credit score is soo low, I would have to give $764.80 as Collateral for a $8,000 loan and my payments will be $191.20 monthly. They said they were going to email me the contract and after I read it and sign it. that the money was going to be in my bank account within 24 hours. Is this real, have u guys heard of them? or is this a SCAM? I really need the money and I do have really bad credit and it seems to get worst, because Im so late on my bill payments. I cant get another job because I already have a FT job and I attend school FT aswell, another job does not fit on my schedule unless its from home. Please HELP!!!

Divorce petition was filled in mumbai in Dec04 & Restitution of conjugal rights was filed in jan 05 and the decree of restution was passed in March 2006 & execution if completed by returning her belongings but boy is not staying with her will the divorce petition be dismissed as she holds the decree of restution?

I just have a quick question and before I ask it I want to set some guidelines. I am a Christian and am not here to bash you or convert you. I also would like it if you did not answer my question with another question. I work as a dishwasher in a family-owned pizza restaraunt. One of my coworkers wiped a cut with a rag, getting a significant amount of blood on the rag. I have half a dozen rags go my way a day, so I picked it up before I see blood on it and get blood in an open cut. I washed my hands within about a minute of the incident, and within three days I went to the doctor. They ran some blood tests for legal purposes (to show I have no blood transmitted disease before this point) but until January I won't be able to run a test that will have conclusive results.

Now, my coworker refuses to get tested under any circumstances. My boss made no disciplinary action, and absolutely refuses to pay for medical bills under South Carolina guidelines as he is required to. Now, my insurance company is pressing the issue since it was a work-related incident and is probably going to refuse the claim.
