Then behind your back called a future employer and asked them not to hire you as a favor to him ? Then when you ask your former boss about he denys it, but slips up and calls the future employer by name. (he would not have known the name, if he had not talked to him) Help, I am hurt and mad!

Could be sexual harassment. It certainly is harassment, but you won't be able to prove it. They will say they were simply taking references.

If this is true, this is a SERIOUS violation. It can constitute defamation, tortious interference with business expectancy, breach of contract, and a whole bunch more common law (and perhaps statutory) actions. Document EVERYTHING you know now, and seek counsel in your jurisdiction. Most plaintiff's employment lawyers (call your local bar association) will give you the first consultation free of charge and will not take a fee unless you win.

Did you get the job? If it is really important to you ..... you can have a lawyer write a letter stating if he slanders your name again that you will prosecute. What he did is against the law. He can only state if he would or would not hire you and nothing else can be said.

I wouldn't waste my time trying to take legal action. Too long, too drawn out, too draining. The only winners are the attorneys and your chances of winning are slim. Use your time constructively trying to find a new job.
